Finca del Rio is an excellent country property. The location in the hills means you are really among a rural community. The house is very well appointed and the pool and outside spaces are perfect to relax in. Fresh figs and grapes from the garden were a lovely bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very helpful.

Lovely traditional large Finca set in a semi rural location within a Olive grove plantation. Only minutes away from a small shop for essentials. About 30 minutes away from Antequera passing El Torcal which is a must see. The accommodation has 4 large bedrooms all of a similar size with air-conditioning. The pool is a great size and south facing so gets all day sun. The cabana is a fantastic seating area which tends to get a breeze which is nice to cool down. The outside areas have great lighting along with a light in the pool. Views area generally of corn fields and olive trees which is nice and relaxing.

Eigentlich sollte man solche Orte für sich behalten... sonst will jeder dort bleiben... ;-) Aber ohne herumzualbern, was für ein schönes Haus in einer fantastischen Lage! Direkt unterhalb von Torcal. Geräumiges Haus, toller Garten und frischer Swimmingpool, schöne Terrasse und schöner Außengrill. Einfach ein toller Ort! Und einfache Kommunikation mit der netten Besitzerin Maria. Empfohlen!

Schöne Finca, Zimmer in Ordnung, Badezimmer x 2 auch in Ordnung. Ich persönlich würde statt einer Badewanne/Dusche eine Dusche einbauen. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Die Küchengeräte könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen, vor allem die Töpfe und Pfannen. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe, ist tief und bietet jede Menge Liegen. Der Zaun weist einige Abnutzungserscheinungen auf. Pergola schöner Sitzplatz, leider keine Vorhänge mehr. Ich persönlich hätte es etwas schicker gestaltet. Durch die Pergola weht viel Wind. Das Parken ist ausgezeichnet. Der Weg zur Finca ist gut. Mit einem normalen Auto durchaus möglich. Die Umzäunung des Grundstücks war nicht wirklich perfekt, es gibt ziemlich viele Hunde in der Gegend (Ziegenzüchter), sie sind sehr freundlich, machen nur nachts viel Lärm und bellen einen etwas unhöflich an, aber sie sind super lieb . Sie gingen auch regelmäßig auf dem Grundstück umher. Viele Fliegen, manchmal sehr nervig, wenn man draußen essen möchte. Die Besitzerin (Maria Teresa) ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat viele Tipps und/oder Informationen über die Nachbarschaft oder was auch immer Sie brauchen. Sie kommt auch regelmäßig vorbei, um den Pool zu reinigen. Wir haben die Ruhe dort genossen.

Die Gastgeberin Maria war wunderbar, sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Lage der Villa ist atemberaubend, der Pool ist eine gute Seite und die Terrasse war herrlich, um nachts die Sterne zu beobachten und Gewitter zu beobachten. Das Einzige, was ich für zukünftige Besucher erwähnen möchte, ist, dass der Ort SEHR hügelig ist und viele kurvenreiche Straßen hat. Stellen Sie also sicher, dass Sie ein gutes Auto haben, um diese Hügel hinaufzukommen!
