Great check in and check out by Ikorian Tsoa, Femo and Eulalie. Excellent and on time the pick up from the airport and the return to the airport. Nice room with all amenities. The hotel location is in good neighborhood and close to shopping

“Superior/hill view” was NOT delivered. Bedding was good but carpet was shabby. Black mold in shower so, probably, the room was contaminated as well. Fridge worked but the microwave didn’t. 2nd story room open to an interior maintenance walkway, so I had to keep the curtains pulled: very dreary.

I had a stunning view of the city from my 7th floor suite. The terrace restaurant was beautiful and comfortable. The personnel were friendly and very helpful, especially Ikuriantso, Teddy and Yolande.

A well maintained property. Comfortable room. Excellent staff. Self serve laundry available at no charge. Room service didn’t have a service charge. Area around the hotel is save to walk during day and early evening.

It’s not 4 star hotel worthy. From stained carpets to flooding due to clogged shower drain and bad maintenance and bad management. Housekeeping that did not provide toilet paper nor towels. Hierarchy of service and treatment depending on country of origin. Terrible experience. I had to check out 2 days early and lose the money I had already spent because I refuse to be treated as lesser and not provided with the experience I paid for.
