Just back from 7 days in this hotel. Standard room was a good size but room very warm overnight even with air con on. Great cocktails in Lotus Bar. Staff friendly-special mention to Merve (darts), Mehmet (air gun shooting) and Turcan (main restaurant). Food good especially in Italian and Chinese restaurants. Everywhere is very clean. Room fridge stocked daily - there's beer but no wine in fridge. Water park great. 25min walk into Tekirova. Great service. Have just booked to go back next year.

Wanted to call my review "a couple of stars too much", but I see that this is a rather common evaluation. Writing this one a few weeks after the stay, so a bit more relaxed now. First impression was rather terrible, public spaces look fantastic, but rooms and hallways make you feel like you come to a 3rd world. Rooms where dirty, smelly, eeew. We changed it 3 times and simply decided that they are all the same. The first time it was vacuumed it was on the 3rd day of our stay. Its impossible to put your baby on the floor, so we mostly stayed out of our room. Minibar was also empty for the first 3 days, possibly due to our room changes, but somehow beds where made each day. Rooms smell dust, its either old carpets or smelly AC, I saw staff using Karcher vacuums, change filters maybe? Desinfect your AC system. All 3 rooms we saw in Standard block had terrible smell of dust. We managed to get a cleaning lady in one of the rooms, I saw her vacuuming and I could hear vacuum picking up a lot. The dust kittens by the walls never left our room the whole stay. As a man I have average standards for cleaning, but this was even below my standards. Eww. They say they dont have rooms, but if you have travelled 12 hours and your temper is on the limit, somehow they managed to change it. You have to work for stuff to happen here. Like I mentioned before, public spaces, parks, beach are all fantastic. Plenty to do, plenty to go. We managed to uncover the whole area only on 6th day of our stay. Staff, staff is weird. It looks helpfull and nice, but its so lost and does not really understand what you say. If you ask something so it comes back to you 2-3 ways, some sort of parallel management (or natural behaviour) happening. I dont get the separation of roles between front desk and guest relations, looks like staff does not get it either. For example there is a bike ride poster in the garden, I ask for a go, they say, no we dont do that, go to front desk. I'm a the front desk, no no, they say, its guest relations. I'm there, no no, you should go to the activities office near the pool. Ok, im there, finally registered for a bike ride. Next morning same guys near the poster are giving you bicycles and smiling. WTF? And most of the stuff happens similar way. You have to work for it here. Btw, dont go for a bike ride, its a joke. There is no mountain ride, its just a city tour of 6km. You will see some dead dogs in the street and a few shabby shops. Bike sizes are only S and helmets are only S.. Food is ok. Like with everything else you have to work for it. Most of the food is cold or raw (for my taste). You have to know where they serve well cooked and hot food, usually its identified with a queue of people with empty plates. Deserts are fantastic, but you cant eat them all week. Beans cold and raw, eggs very raw, stews cold. I get that you have plenty of people to serve at once, but maybe some more heat on the large bowls? After a couple of days you will find these magical spots where food is prepared just in time and it will be great again. Coffee is terrible, but somehow its ok in the lobby bar, so we where getting it there. Lobby bar is another story. There are up to 4 people behind the bar and none is serving. Everybody look so busy, but not serving. There are plenty of waitresses running in the lobby, but in 7 evenings we where only served once. No problem, I can walk and I know where the bar is and I'm on vacation too. Somehow you see all other tables served, but not yours. I didnt manage to find what rope to pull to get you served. Actually the last evening we where wearing last random clothes. Maybe dressing bad helps. Dont know if tipping helps since I had no chance of testing that. I do respect bars and hotels who use Black Label for coctails though. There are some exceptional people working here: Birol, Valentina, Sniezhana, Sinan. Especially Birol, everything happends when he is arround. Promote the man, give him more areas to watch, magic will happen. The only 100% dedicated person we saw here.

Stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova for 7 days for our first holiday. Lovely hotel with great staff and service. Couldnt find any faults with the service received. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is very clean and well presented. We checked in after midnight and the receptionists were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family holidays.

We stayed at this hotel in June this year and I really would not know where to start singing it's praises. A good indication of how much we liked it is given by the fact we are going there for a second time later this month. It was not the first time for us to stay at a Rixos hotel, we previously visited one of their Sharm El Sheikh hotels for our honeymoon. This was however the first time for us to travel as a family and as soon as we reached the hotel together with our 3 year old boy, we realised we were going to have a great holiday. The structure in itself is beautiful, both indoors and outdoors areas are incredibly well looked after. The hotel is big and spread out over a large lot of land, making it a pleasure to go for a little walk after dinner. The sea front area looks like a little village square, with a lovely beach bar, a la carte restaurants and an ice cream shop. The children facilities are also very good, the mini club is by far the biggest we've seen before. It has a dedicated stage for evening entertainment, a waterpark (separate from the one reserved for adults) and it's own buffet. Food was also a highlight of our holiday, with great choice of places to eat both at lunch and dinner time (only downside being the main buffet restaurant, which regardless of what time we went for dinner was always crowded). A special mention goes however to the hotel staff, everyone was always incredibly professional an helpful regardless of what area. Above all we would like to thank barman Farouk (very passionate about his job), Ahmed barman from the Games room, Idris the "Food Court" waiter (who did not speak much English but made up for that in smiles and hard work), and of course the baristas Caner and Ozgur, who served amazing coffee! I would also like to thank Rafael, guest relations team member, for being always so professional, helpful and patient! The attention to details in every area of the service is really above average, one can really tell this hotel chain is really caring about its brand. We would overall always recommend this hotel and cannot wait to visit again!

We've just came back from this hotel and despite some cons we (me, my husband and 10 month old baby) are really happy for choosing Rixos Premium Tekirova. I hope my review could help other families traveling with babies, cause there's a lack of information where/how/ what's possible to get/do. Hotel guests are mostly families with children, 80% russians. Children behave well, parents or Rixy club (which seems fantastic with all activities, baby pool etc.) workers supervise them very well, so don't worry if you're coming on holidays without children :) Staff is crazy about kids, everyone's smiling, touching cheeks, giving compliments. It's done very gently and my baby loved this attention. So now some pros and cons. Pros: 1. Very green territory with old beautiful trees (it's good to find a shadow outside especially when you have a baby, yeah?), flowers, ducks, cats.. It's huge, so you won't get bored pushing the stroller around. 2. Pools. We've tried baby/children pool and we were very satisfied. Water is not heated, but I see it as a good thing, cause children mostly get sick after using heated water pools. Lazy river was also fun (80 cm deep canal type pool around the children pool area). 3. Children entertainment. While our one was too little to use it I just state what I've seen - children seemed happy. 4. Main lobby is very impressive, beautiful with it's chandelliers, marble floor. 5. Food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages not cheap, almost all good brands. Food was tasty. 6. The view. Hotel is in the most beautiful place - the mountain view is spectacular. 7. The best of the best - Birol from the main restaurant management! Whatever the hotel is paying him, this man deserves a good raise. He is most helpfull, thoughtful person we've met in hotel business ever. The other staff under his supervision seemed very well trained and motivated. Our baby is allergic to some food, so Birol not only informed me I could go to guests relations and order porridges, vegetable dishes prepared especially to the baby at the certain hour every day, but supervised those dishes to be on time, well prepared and blended. Also special thanks for the attention and care to Valentina, Sinan, the short hair waitress with pierced eyebrow (sorry for not remembering your name)and everyone else who helped us through everyday in the hotel with our spoiled little girl. You all made our time most pleasant. 8. Room walls are noise isolated or something. Great not to hear other room toilet flushing :) Cons: 1. Standard block. It's quite used, carpet smells like dust, shower counters are stained, rooms quite small. Windows at the upper floors by the elevator could be cleaner. To fit our stoller, baby cot and 2 luggage pieces in a standard room we had to move the coffee table to the balcony. If you're planning to stay in the standard room, at least choose the pool view and upper floors, it's not that noisy. Important - Rooms facing the garden are not suitable with families with small children who goes to bed early! Because of the noise from the Lotus bar and stage (perfomances last almost to midnight). Hotel should inform guests in advance, management would get less work solving the unsatisfied clients problems. 2. Cleanness. The first room we got when arrived wasn't clean enough. I found some human hair on the floor, surfaces very dirty and sticky in places etc. The whole week all I could think about cleaning staff - please use vacuum cleaner properly and vacuum the corners. Sunbeds in the yard were also not very clean. Tables beside sunbeds were extremely unclean. 3. Internet connection. Wifi signal is very weak or doesn't work in most places. It's annoying. 4. Reception staff. Arogant, unhelpfull. The only one, who was really nice and represented hotel well was a dark-eyed and dark-haired guy with russian name (sorry, I don't remember). The worst was Ismal - after several complaints about the room cleanness he managed not to fasten the cleaning staff to solve the problem, but he put us in the noisiest room possibly. All the management seems to lack communication between themselves. 5. Information. No info in advance about baby food preparation possibilities at the restaurant, no info about bottle sterilisers. I had to ask, then go somewhere else to ask. Also it's not easy to find any info about entertainment. It's only a board by the pool. 6. Spa center. I couldn't leave for the hamam, so I chose to have some procedures at the hotel spa. All procedures in general were satisfying, but I couldn't relax properly. Relaxing area is almost outside, after turkish bath I almost got cold in there. Do not put people in wet bathsuits there. Also after a massage, while clients still lies on the table, please do not clean around. Putting things in places can wait 5 minutes. You were not on a very busy schedule. Also the area to take tea after all procedures was almost the coridor - other clients and staff walking around, giggling wasn't relaxing at all, it put me back to normal life too fast. 7. If a person ain't russian and doesn't speak that language, some staff try to speak russian anyway. Instead they could find someone who speaks proper english. 8. Baby food or diet food corner ain't that good as promised. I could find some blended cauliflower and green peas, some blended meat (which my baby did not eat) and boiled chicken and boiled fish. But after I asked at the guest relations - I could get whatever my baby needed. This brings me to the one conclusion: Dear hotel management, please focus on informing clients with small children what and where is possible to get. It would make holidays so much better.

First time in Antalya and we had an amazing stay. Already waiting to book for next summer. The hotel and everything related to it was great. Exceeded our expectations.Very good entertainment, food, beverages.

animation 2017 best !! In October 2017, resting friends in this year. I would like to note the work of the staff in particular the animators. Very sociable and cheerful. Thanks to Alenochka for volleyball and just good communication. Very good hotel, developed infrastructure, good rooms, great food! 5/5

Everything was perfect! Food quality was very good! Entertainment doing great job! Great shows in the evenings. Loats to do for kids at Rixy club. The reception was very nice and they upgraded our room at sea view! We will be back next year!

I have been this hotel before 3 times, already its 4th.... All daily activities are so funny and helpfully. The special ones of them aquabike and kangoojumps, thanks for esin and merve and speacial thanks to baykutay. But anyway all departmens try tondo best. We ll come back..

BEST ENTERTAINMENT EVER!!!! So last year we be been here and we promised to come back again. Now we are here. So glad to see same faces here again. Baykutay, mehmetcan and merve thanks them too much. They made feel us as we are at home. Daily activities Night shows great. Beach,sea,weather and nature clean. Now again we promise to come back here ;) see you next year...
