This is best resort I’ve been to the staff were friendly and it was a joy to stay there. We booked the family garden suit and when we got in our room we were astonished by the quality of the design the room had. There are so many activities and the water park was great. The rides were very scary and fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would definitely visit again
Spent a week here with my family from 17 to 24 October. An absolute gem of a hotel built around meticulously manicured gardens. Stayed in other Turkey hotels but this is the best so far. We were a family of 6 and all had a great time using the water park, ice cream house, snack court, restaurants, tennis courts, climbing frame etc. Would love to return if we can find the same price again. Thank you Rixos!!!
Stayed here from 18 to 25 October with my family (6 of us in total in 2 rooms). This hotel is a cut above the rest... It really is premium and I have stayed in many Turkish resorts around Antalya so could tell the difference. The rooms were beautiful and spacious (thank you for the deluxe rooms!), all the communal areas were well maintained, food was of a high standard and waiting staff were excellent and friendly. We enjoyed all the activities (great water park, rock climbing, tennis, air gun, archery etc) and the ice cream house with fresh waffles was a favourite. This was one of our best Turkey holidays to date, and if we can find a good price we would book again anytime. Thank you everyone at Rixos, especially Tatiana for helping us out. A simply wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel.
We stayed in Tekirova Rixos in October 2017. The food was amazing with many varieties of local and international cuisine. The staff was very kind and responsive all the time. The restaurants inside the hotel were good quality. Also, the ice cream boutique was very nice too. The shows at night were for all tastes and the aquapark was well taken care of. We had very good time all days we have stayed. One more point, especially the service in VIP Pavilion is top notch! Strongly recommended to spend a day there.
My partner and I, luckily just picked this hotel from the Thomas cook website in march 2016 and what a brilliant choice it was, and I’ve waited 13 months to review two fortnight holidays in October 2016 and because we enjoyed it so much in October 2017 again! We had a wonderful holiday last year and we weren’t disappointed on our return this October. The guest relations manager recognised us immediately and sent some fresh fruit and champagne to the room which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable, very large comfy bed and a nice shower, the only thing was the lack of toilet rolls some days, my only other slight gripe was the food in the turquoise restaurant was not as varied as last year but I was made up to see my waiter pal ibrahim from the previous year! The beach is nice, with a slight breeze but the sand isn’t the softest on my delicate tootsies, and the pool was good; but absolutely freezing and it was easy to get drinks from the roller skating waitresses. The speciality restaurants are all nice but the Italian was easily the best and the entertainment seemed good, although aimed towards the Russian market. I’d like to thank Cagri Gedik for wonderful service and although I had no complaints he was very friendly to my partner and I, making us very comfortable, The restaurant manager (I took a picture of his name badge but it was blurred!, sorry pal!!!) Remembered my partner over a bowl of humous and of course Ibrahim the restaurant captain, my mate! The food and drink on the whole are excellent but you have to make sure to ask for premium vodka and whisky In summary I’d defo go here again, lovely hotel, great staff, lovely country.
First Impressions: Clean and pretty with super smooth check in. Staff are polite and courteous and willing to answer all requests. Luggage delivered swiftly to our 3 Family Garden Suites. We were a family of 9 ranging from 8 to 74 years old. Rooms: Huge, spacious and loads of space everywhere. Awesome view of the mountains, tennis courts, Rixy Club and Aquapark. Super comfy beds cleaned every day and bathroom amenities included toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, nailfile, cotton buds and cotton pads. Activities: Adventure park and aquapark were amazing and the rocket slide was exhilarating! The Rixy Club was great but the Club R wasn't open unfortunately. Not to worry the entertainment team had us sorted with Kangoo Jump! The discos were fab! Dining: Huge variety, fab quality and wow the al a cart restaurants were brilliant. Even a vegetarian could find loads to eat! Overall: Brilliant hotel highly recommend it and would like to stay here again. Thank you from the Nield family.
Great hotel with wonderful facilities. The whole complex is huge with a fantastic water park for both adults and children . The sports facilities are extensive with tennis , football, climbing wall , mountain biking , volley ball to name a few . The spa is very good value with knowledgeable staff . Food in the main buffet is plentiful and varied but it is the speciality returants that are worth booking . 9 of us stayed in 3 garden family suits that were modern , comfortable and clean with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in each . Special thanks go to merve and bulent from the animation team We will be back
We arrived here on the 10th October as 3 separate bookings but a family of 9. When we arrived at the hotel we were blown away with the elegance of the hotel. We were offered an upgrade to an executive villa instead of 3 separate double rooms. On arrival to the villa we were amazed at the standard of the place with 3 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 further bathroom. When you walked outside onto the patio there was a pool in front of you. The children and adults alike thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The rooms were always kept spotlessly clean and the maids were friendly and very polite and efficient. The mini bars were restocked daily. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful. Excellent facilities for children with waterpark for young children and adventure playground also. The adults also enjoyed the main waterpark which was extreme fun. Although communication could be difficult as most did not understand english but they did make it possible for your stay to be of a high standard. The beach was lovely however is quite shingly and I would advise sea shoes to be worn to go to the sea and also while in the sea. Food was more than plentiful and a varied selection of food at every meal. The food court which opened at 12 midday gives a very good variety of food and drinks. There are also five excellent a la carte hotels. Three of which we visited and found to be of a very high standard. The Lotus Bar at night was very good however the music was a bit monotonous and there wasn't many shows provided. However this did not stop us enjoying an absolutely fantastic holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is in a beautiful area and you are treated with the utmost respect and dignity and nothing is too much for the staff. We will be returning October 2018 and look forward to another fantastic holiday.
Our room was superb yet again this year, the staff are very friendly we have already booked for next year. The food this year was as good as last but never the less still very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday all you need is within this all inclusive resort.
Hotel wonderful, with everything you need, and it`s overlooked by huge mountain which you can reach by cable car if you have the nerve.Rooms clean and spacious with safe and fridge.Staff really good but not enough when Hotel full and have trouble with understanding English mainly because it`s packed with Russians who can be really ignorant .Unfortunatley over the years the food has dropped from 5 star to 3 star at dinner times .Breakfast and lunch fine but dinner really downmarket. On more than one occasion they were serving meatloaf as a main course and lots of food wasn`t hot. I can`t say they catered for us British very well. Drinks were another problem no premier drinks except what was hidden under the counter, even the some Russians refused the cheap Vodka .I would personally like to thank Chaz of Personnel who smoothed out most cracks and hope his head manager who instead of just a standard replying will take notice and once again make it a PREMIER HOTEL. My family have booked again for next October so we`ll see if anyone has taken any notice..
