Went for a week on 20 October and had a fantastic time yet again ... When myself and my husband decided to book a last min holiday we started looking Belek because we love it ,we did look at other hotel and some were cheaper but they just weren't offering what we know we get at this hotel .. Weathers was really good.we thought it may be cooler on a night but it was great ..one overcast day and a little rain on another . Myself and my husband always feel so welcome at this hotel the staff are so freindl6 and we'll do anything for you .. Pool bar man kadir is one of the best barman we've ever come across in all are years traveling t..,he sees you walking up to the bar and your drinks ready when you get there and such a lovely friendly man ... Are stay this year was made special because we got to spend a little time with the fantastic entertainment team ..RONALDO AND MELANA .. There both so great at there job and we had so great nights laughing with these two ..top marks guts .. On arriving we got upgraded to are favourite luxury pool swim up rooms and there such a luxury .. The only downside was that the entertainment ..shows disco ..were finished for the season the day before we got there and nobody made you aware on this when booking ..and also a la carte were not all open And nobody Made us aware of this we went to see guest relations manger and he did apologies but like we said to him it should be stated on trip advisor or inline to make guest aware we probably would still have picked this hotel because we love it so much but wouldn't have probably paid this price ,we did get the luxury room upgrade free so felt we couldn't say too much ,the a la carte Italian restaurant was fantastic yet again ,we visited four times we did go into the fish a la carte but it was a set menu and my husband wasn't keen but the swordfish was fantastic .. Always go to the spa in this hotel because it's very high end ,the chap that walks round selling the spa treatment sells them very well lovely bloke ,but the ladies on reception are a little too busy . Overall are stay was fantastic yet again and will definitely be returning to Belek zuegma it's such a lovely friendly place but next time we'll go June or September so the shows are still up and running ,shows here are fantastic and after shows party's even better WELL DONE Zuegma team another great stay xx See you soon
We stayed this hotel for 10 nights at the end of October and it was the perfect place to relax. Yes, many of the facilities such as the amphitheatre and a couple of the bars had closed due to the end of season approaching (the hotel was actually closing for winter a couple of days after we left) but we still enjoyed the facilities that were available. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were amazed at how grand the hotel looked with a fabulous reception area. Check in was very quick and friendly and we were shown to our room which was on the 4th floor with a sea view. The room was very spacious and clean. After dropping our bags we decided to stretch our legs so made our way to the main bar which was open 24 hours and although there was only the barman (Wily) doing some cleaning in there he made us feel very welcome. The hotel has lovely décor and mosaic features throughout. We didn’t even realise that the nightclub was open until our 3rd day (we had asked if there was a map of the hotel available and what facilities were open - there wasn’t a map unfortunately but feel this would be a useful feature to consider in the future). The nightclub was situated within the main hotel on the ground floor but was very well sound proofed. There weren’t many other English guests at the hotel and there were a few conferences taking place while we were there but we hardly noticed the attendees as they were mainly located in a different room of the hotel. For the evening entertainment, there were some singers/musicians performing but these tended to be more focused on the Turkish/Russian audience (we still enjoyed it), however I’m sure this will vary during the summer months. The food at this hotel was amazing and the chefs were constantly replenishing it when needed. There was so much choice and it all tasted fabulous. The patisserie located within the hotel was a hidden gem with fresh sandwiches/cakes and drinks available. Overall this is the perfect place to relax but please note that the nearest shops etc are a short bus ride away but there is bus stop outside the main entrance to the hotel and is very cheap however the hotel has many facilities, so you may not feel the need to venture elsewhere. Finally, a big thank you to a few of the staff who made our holiday extra special, WILY, HUSEYIN, MAYA (all main bar), KADIR (beach bar) and also the nightclub barman and also the manager from the main restaurant and food court (sorry but we didn’t get chance to get your names before we left). We certainly hope to return in the future and experience the hotel during the summer season.
We stayed here for October half term. The highlight of our holiday was the full family Turkish baths and full body massages at Reborn Spa. My 2 boys - aged 10 and 12 loved them and my hubby and I were totally relaxed - mentally and physically. Hakan the masseur is totally amazing 5* , the best massages we have ever experienced. I booked 5 in total as the spa staff were so welcoming and friendly to the whole family - especially Dilara Giel. We also got a great deal with it being end of season. The hotel is beautiful and must be amazing in peak season when it's hot. But even with 22 degrees and a few days of rain we had a fun relaxing holiday and will definitely visit again even if it's just for the reborn spa.
We visited in October half term (20th October) and were a bit disappointed. The hotel had already closed much of its attractions such as the evening shows, the middle eastern and the Chinese restaurants which we were really looking forward to. It was all very quiet and lacking in atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the kids club (PlayStation room, airhockey, cinema etc) but within 2 days that was also closed and moved to a small room within the main hotel. After a few beautiful days of 29 C, the weather did turn but things were shutting down before this, so I think it's the hotels policy to start clearing away before its official closing time, which makes it all feel a bit depressing, and this wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking. The hotel was mostly filled with Turkish attending conferences, Russian and Arabian families. Very few British guests and not many of the staff spoke English. The food was excellent, the hotel is beautiful, the room pleasant , water slides fun, and I imagine in mid season it would be good, but I wouldn't bother in October half term. Tips - if booking a pool suite ask for one with sun as some are very shady. (A la carte restaurants need to be booked well in advance and cost 10 euro per adult, 5 euro per child.) We enjoyed hiring a car and taking a day trip to an amazing amphitheatre at Aspendos and the market, museum, ruins, cafes etc at Side - take your driving licence
The staff is very well prepared to help you with anything you need, including washing baby bottles and sterilizing dummies, not to mention Mrs Gradinariu helped us order formula from the local pharmacy. Many thanks to everyone.
Best memories! Thank you Gabriela Gradinariu ! We like the see and the beach . All the staff is very polite. The complex is not very big but it has everything it needs and the short distance between different points of interest it is an advantage actually. Thank you very much Papillon Zeugma Team! Definitely will come back for a longer vacation next year.
Me and my family have had a great time coming here. The conditions were truly five stars and the staff, especially Gabi, the lovely receptionist, but also the other including the funny waiter and Andrea from the entertainment team made this vacation one to remember.Highly recommended,
We were at this hotel in August for one week and it was very pleasant . The rooms are big and very nice. What we enjoyed most was the atmosphere created by the staff . All of them wanted to help, and were very excited to help you with about anything. They were smiling every time, and they looked without stress. We enjoyed a lot the stay here and we will definitely come back again
Lovely hotel, came here in our honney moon had a fantastic holiday all staff were so friendly, especially Gabriela Grădinariu, She helped us a lot.The food was good and a lot of options to chose from. We ate at the Italian and Turkish restaurants as well which were very nice. The staff in those restaurants were very kind and catered to our needs, many surprises. The hotel has lots to offer throught the day and night so you are never bored ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would come back again. Thank you for making our honeymoon so great !😍
We spent a very pleasant and relaxing week at Papillon Zeugma in September. After many many hotels visited in Antalya before, Zeugma really surprised us. We were accommodated in a luxury pool suite at the second floor. The suite was more than perfect for me and my husband . The housekeeper cleaned our room every day, and the minibar was refilled also daily. We spent nice moments swimming in our “private” pool. We liked the sandy beach and we appreciated the number of sunbeds free every time. We don`t need to reserve them in advance. The beach was cleaned regularly and the parasols were efficient. The sea was very warm and very clean. The food in the main restaurant was excellent and also at the Snack. We found some good import beverages included in the concept. Pattiseria Macrina was wonderful, but in the same time dangerous for our silhouette and we visited it almost every day. We enjoyed well done cocktails at many bars. The evening shows were better than we expected, but we enjoyed live music after party more. The diversity of activities for children makes Papillon Zeugma a very good choice for families. The staff was well trained, helpful, and very polite. Many thanks to Gabriela Gradinaru from Guest Relation, always smiling, very professional, who helped us a lot even anticipating our needs. Best wishes Gabriela and thank you a lot for everything!
