I spent wonderful holidays at this hotel, thanks to primarily animation team, who, through leisure activities and entertainment, makes you to forget the daily stress of the life outside vacation .Reffering to this team,I mention Yunus Dag,who is talented and he makes all time his work with passion. Also,I want to write about a very good and comfortable accommodation, exemplary cleanliness and good food.
Lovely hotel, there was 2 pools to choose from. The entertainment through out the day and in the evenings was good. The only issues that me and my partner had was the staff weren't as friendly to the english holidaymakers as they were to the German's or the Russains. Maybe it was because there wasn't many english people there - I don't know. The food also seemed to cater for the Germans and Russain taste. Overall great holiday but wouldn't rush there again though.
We visited the hotel in may 2017 , the staff are very nice & friendly , unfortunately it is another hotel that has been taken over by Russian Visitors . If you have never stayed at a hotel that has Russians as there main guests, LUCKY YOU ! Avoid these hotels at all cost. They are rude to staff ,other guests and as for queuing , that's for everyone else, they will even walk in front of you and grab what they want, and as for saying thank you when you hold the door open 😡😡😡😡😡😡. Such a shame as the staff try and do everything they can for you, but our holiday was ruined .
The hotel has large well appointed rooms with really large balconies and super views however definitely not a four or five star hotel in most aspects however the price reflects this as does the guests. The majority are there to eat and drink as much as possible at the cost of a lot of food going to waste because of taking more than can eat. Overall the food if good with a nice selection thus something for everyone regardless of age. The hotel beach is rather small but ample space on the beach which isn't hotel property. The public rooms are too large but seating fills up quickly however if one enjoys people watching enertaining is at its best.
Spent a week here hotel clean and room was spacious and had fridge for water etc which was good. Food was really good always good choice though did tend to be chicken ,turkey or fish every night just with slight variation. Always had spaghetti ,veg etc. Loads of salad , meats and cheeses to choose from and desserts were lovely. Most staff very attentive in the restaurant especially Ebru and Hatice . Ample space to relax with a drink and pool area in Main hotel had plenty of room and loungers. Had pool bar though you could only get soft drink ,beer or wine there. Animation team really good and not overly pushy. Organised games and activities were good fun and Yunus was very friendly and helpful. Overall was a good stay and well worth the money. First time in Turkey and would definitely come back to another part.
We had spent there one week during July 2016 at main building. The hotel was presented as a four star, but the reality was different. There was an unpleasant odor of dirty carpets in the hallways. During our late night check in our first room has door with disfunctional electricity and with no lock. The second was untidy, the third room - there was no running cold water and AC did not work. Two days of our one week vacation we had spent at the Customer Service Department solving the problems. Distance from the beach is about 600 m and there was not cold water in beach kiosk (it was not BAR!) due broken fridge and quality of the food was poor there. Capacity of beach loungers was poor, many of them were broken. Cleanliness around the indoor pool and fitness was arguable, jacuzzi was out of service throughout our stay. Although there was a dress code for dinner, it was not respected. The festive evening had become a disaster, capacity of dinning room was insufficient and on top of this was fact, that temperature indoor was more than 30C. One good thing has to be mentioned - fantastic animation team! This was not a four-star hotel , some three-star hotels nearby will provide better service ( according to our experience).
Really enjoyed it, clean and food is lovely. beautiful place beach is 2 minutes walk away! - always something to do and it's full of friendly people, a real shoutout to Yunus a real gentleman top bloke!
Dinner and breakfast buffets were good. But felt a bit greedy that you had to pay respectively 1 euro for tea (from a serve-it-yourself boiler) and for a glass of juice. Also, at the other three hotels we stayed at during this organized tour, they did not charge for wifi but here they did (I believe 4 euros per day).
We came here with a tour group we stayed for 2 nights,Rooms were clean and very comfy beds.Food was good with plenty of choices to suit everyone.Staff were good also.Outside the hotel there were plenty of shops to buy souvenirs, and bars.
It's my first night here and it's been atrocious. First and foremost the receptionist at check-in called Lamia was very rude and arrogant. No friendly welcome whatsoever, which became more apparent as the day went on. I booked an all-inclusive holiday but immediately the extra charges are thrown at you in every way possible. Wifi is not free anywhere in the hotel and upon paying for it there was wifi connectivity problems for over 2 hours in the evening. No iron is provided to guests, instead an ironing service is provided by housekeeping at extortionate prices. The use of guest room safe is also charged. The evening meal was literally like a group of wildebeest accumulating outside the main restaurant then a mad rush once the doors opened. Very very poor dining experience. The beds are far from comfortable. The hotel is very dated. I dread to think what horrors lie ahead for the rest of the week. Having said the above, what the hotel doesn't know is i have been staying in hotels as part of my work for the last 10 years across the globe and I know exactly what legal actions I will be taking for the disgusting attitude of the reception staff. Based on the experience of less than one day at a Maritim brand of hotel I will ensure that this hotel will be made an example of across the world for having rude and arrogant reception staff. It is important to note that I cannot comment on the behavior of other staff as it would be unfair to do so having not had much interaction with them.
