I can only say go to this hotel at your own peril! We chose it because it was next door to the fabulous hotel we stayed in last year and as it was the same 5*rating…..what’s going to be different. Just about everything as it turned out. It’s nothing less than desperate, every aspect, recreation and public area is pure misery. Chic has never crossed this threshold. I could rant all day but I will just briefly point out some of the issues that we encountered daily. Extremely ‘x 100’ rude and unhelpful staff, they claim not to understand therefore they do not have to do. One guy who gave out the towels literally yelled at my sister, right in her face for no reason she only asked for a towel. Continuing trend…if you wanted something get it yourself, there was no waiting staff at any of the bars other than those behind them, rating the limited selection of drinks would be a minus, one day they ran out of coke. It was a waste of time asking for a particular drink unless you wanted to look at a totally disinterested face claiming they didn’t understand. Bar training?… I doubt they know what that is. Same scenario in the main restaurant usually just one guy behind a make shift table bar who frequently ran out of glasses, no waiting staff to clean and relay tables, if you happen to be a late eater….. cutlery??? No chance! Staff that were present ignored any attempt to get their attention as they ignored food on the floor and the general mess left by previous diners. Seemed just one thing got them motivated and that was cleaning away food ‘before’ the serving time of 9, so if you were still eating main and wanted dessert….tough!! Saying that the one and only plus point on this holiday is I could not complain about the food itself which was always plentiful and a good selection the only disappointing option was the fish it was always full of bones. The pool and beach bar closed promptly at 6 everything literally vanished leaving the areas looking positively derelict. The only place to have drinks before dinner was in the hotel Piano Bar I have had the pleasure of sitting in more comfortable , cleaner bus depot’s with better atmosphere! Picture a grungy student hang out (no offence) and you would be bang on, cloth seats were so badly stained I wouldn’t have let my dog sit on them. Oh joy to sit outside on the narrow balcony (at least the plastic seats were clean’ish) to look out over the pool and the abandoned looking pool bar area. Well I suppose it was better than having to look at the disgusting disused wall aquarium inside, well I assume that what it was once, cracked and half full of green slimy water, no evidence of aquatic life but possibly some stagnent water disease Night entertainment? Night being the only accurate description. In fact the so called DJ just upped and left one night no reason given, gone! 1 ½ hours before it was due to finish. A piece of bright blue chewing gum was left by a previous occupant on the headboard in our room – it was still there when we left a week later. Paper cups for the in room tea/coffee! We had no spoons asked for some and got a cup full of sugar packs! So in a nut shell we paid for a 5* week all inclusive holiday, what we had was a barely a 3* experience which included meals, there was no wifi except in the hotel foyer, we bought our own drinks from the local supermarket and sat on our balcony at night (chairs were actually quite comfy) and took advantage of the music, lighting shows and what sounded like great entertainment from the neighbouring hotels, full of envy. One thing which is a dangerous hazard is the 30mm stainless steel door stop that was placed just where you had to step out of the bath/shower it was quite difficult for an able bodied person to miss stepping on it. I couldn't imagine the pain or damage this could do if you were unlucky enough to stand on it.

it's an average hotel with some old installations, but the beach is so nice and the pools are very nice and clean. another problem is about staffs, almost not speaking english! generally we have good memories at kervansaray (:

it's a good place to stay, with plenty to do and see (if you book a tour around the city). we were happy with everything. try to go for lunch really early or really late, as it tends to get very crowded (usually happens in all-included hotels). i loved dinners! such an awesome variety, entertainment...really delightful! don't miss the chance to take a tour around the city!

We were April of 2017 in this hotel. Foods, internet connection, bar, behavior of stuffs, house keeping and...was terrible! ايرانيان عزيز اين مطلب رو براى شما مى فرستم، گول تبليغات آژانس ها رو نخوريد، وضعيت اين هتل از هر نظر افتضاح است، پول خود را دور نريزيد.

although this is dubbed as 5 star by some, this hotel is actually a 2 to 3 star at best, the entrance to the hotel is good, but from there on end the place is looking old tired and in need of a thorough overhaul. The carpets are dirty, stained and wearing, the lifts require work, as some buttons work, others not, the room itself, I had a twin room all to myself, paying that bit extra for a full on not side view of the sea, however being one floor above the bar and the smoking area, was not pleasant. I don't mind the noise but the level of smoke entering my room was awful being a total non smoker, it was difficult to leave the window open all night long. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom however, had a cracked sink, a toilet that flushed ok, a shower over the bath which had high sides, and a stop for the door right in the way of exiting the bath... ouch was muttered more than once, perhaps ouch was exchanged for a swear word as well... The safe was locked on arrival and not unlocked for two days,, bless them they do work to Turkey time don't they. The pools were good, albeit a tad chilly first thing, not their fault they do not operate the sun as of yet. The food, on all inclusive got repetitive after three days of the same but dished up with varying sauces, it was fun trying to guess what leftovers would be dished up in what the following day. The beach area was good, plenty of sunbeams of May , and the sea invitingly warm at times. Again they cannot control the waves. The 24 hour bar was fine when someone manned it, if not sleep on the couch..bless him, he had worked hard all day on his phone.. Overall, I wouldn't have booked this if I had known it wasn't as good as the pictures, however the bed was comfy, plenty of food and drink, some of the workers were great. A mostly populated German and Russian clientele ,some got ruder by the day, ah well we all cant be as nice as us Brits. I wouldn't go again, just because I am a bit of a snob, however for the price it was ok, if graded correctly. This hotel is also situated away from the town centre of Anatalya, therefore walking distance to a few expensive shops but not to the town centre, lets itself down by not being closer to more amenities.

My sisters and I stayed in this hotel for 7 night from the 4th o f May. We didn't get the 2 x double room we booked instead we got 2 single beds and a foldable bed which broke and wasn't replaced. The food was not very nice at all, we had to go for the trusted McDonald's option many times. There was no entertainment at the hotel, maybe it was low season??!! The hotel mainly caters for Turkish and Russian guests. I wouldn't recommend for people travelling from The UK. We met other guests from the UK who said the same! The staff generally can't speak any English or very little English. There was one guy on reception, Mubin, he told us about the facilities available in the resort, where the local food places are and best places to visit. As a receptionist he was doing the job of the resort representative who didn't even show up to our meeting!! Thanks Mubin for being a star. Overall I don't think I will be going back to this hotel again. However Antalya is beautiful and is definitely worth a visit. Hope this review is useful and let me know if you have any questions. I've been to Antalya 4 times in the last 18 months 😃😃

I stayed here last week with my family. It was a pleasant stay. Only thing was a issue was the room service. Sometime they cleaned our room & other time they didn't. My kid's & my Inlaws kid's they enjoyed the rest of the activities. Me & my family enjoyed playing Dart's. We kept coming back the next day & again. From the entertainment Team Leader named as MEHMET, just want to say his an excellent team leader. Me & Rest of them family like to thank him for his hospitality. Thank you 👍🏽

We stayed here on a family holiday a few weeks ago and to be honest whilst it wasn't spectacular it wasn't the worst place i've stayed in. Upon arrival at 8pm we were told our hotel didn't have one of our room bookings. So we had to wait two hours until a room was found. We did go an eat though which meant the wait wasn't too bad. Our rooms were changed to sea view rooms after two days. These are so much better than the other rooms and the balcony views are amazing. The bed was comfy and the room had standard amenities. The mini fridge was stocked and bathroom extras were also made available. I hated the shower as it only seemed to work on cold or very hot. Otherwise the room was fine. There was a tv which only had one channel in english which was slightly annoying but otherwise it was fine. The food at the hotel was actually okay. There is a large selection of never ending food. I didn't see any uncooked food and the grilled food and freshly made bread was amazing. I think people just get excited and start eating way too much. Food is available pretty much round the clock. Breakfast starts early, then there is a late breakfast, then theres a pool side eating area, then cake and tea, then dinner and also food from midnight too. Drinks are available 24 hours from the piano bar. Also there are a number of fridges dotted around with bottled water for anyone to take. The worst thing about the hotel was the wifi. Its awful even in the lobby. If you're lucky you get 30 minutes free wifi a day but if you're unlucky you get nothing. The amenities around are close by and theres a bus going to terra city and the old city that goes quite frequently. Getting around in a taxi isn't expensive either as most of this is set at a price. Overall I would stay here again in a sea view room. The staff are polite and try and help where they can. Unfortunately being such a big hotel it doesn't appear they can cope with so many people. But the staff were always good to us.

There is some problem with room service & no activity in this hotel also thy have problems with light & the beach for this hotel not clean no body carry luggage when we check out, also all furniture is old. The hotel needs to renew

We travelled at what appeared to be a very busy time and had to wait for our rooms which was not good but what made the difference was the staff especially mohammed the reception manager and mubin and also the lovely guest relations manager mrs cansu who did their best to sort the rooms and upgraded us to sea views the hotel is a very good value for money place and if I wanted a value for money place would go back again
