I stayed here last week with my family. It was a pleasant stay. Only thing was a issue was the room service. Sometime they cleaned our room & other time they didn't. My kid's & my Inlaws kid's they enjoyed the rest of the activities. Me & my family enjoyed playing Dart's. We kept coming back the next day & again. From the entertainment Team Leader named as MEHMET, just want to say his an excellent team leader. Me & Rest of them family like to thank him for his hospitality. Thank you 👍🏽

We stayed here on a family holiday a few weeks ago and to be honest whilst it wasn't spectacular it wasn't the worst place i've stayed in. Upon arrival at 8pm we were told our hotel didn't have one of our room bookings. So we had to wait two hours until a room was found. We did go an eat though which meant the wait wasn't too bad. Our rooms were changed to sea view rooms after two days. These are so much better than the other rooms and the balcony views are amazing. The bed was comfy and the room had standard amenities. The mini fridge was stocked and bathroom extras were also made available. I hated the shower as it only seemed to work on cold or very hot. Otherwise the room was fine. There was a tv which only had one channel in english which was slightly annoying but otherwise it was fine. The food at the hotel was actually okay. There is a large selection of never ending food. I didn't see any uncooked food and the grilled food and freshly made bread was amazing. I think people just get excited and start eating way too much. Food is available pretty much round the clock. Breakfast starts early, then there is a late breakfast, then theres a pool side eating area, then cake and tea, then dinner and also food from midnight too. Drinks are available 24 hours from the piano bar. Also there are a number of fridges dotted around with bottled water for anyone to take. The worst thing about the hotel was the wifi. Its awful even in the lobby. If you're lucky you get 30 minutes free wifi a day but if you're unlucky you get nothing. The amenities around are close by and theres a bus going to terra city and the old city that goes quite frequently. Getting around in a taxi isn't expensive either as most of this is set at a price. Overall I would stay here again in a sea view room. The staff are polite and try and help where they can. Unfortunately being such a big hotel it doesn't appear they can cope with so many people. But the staff were always good to us.

There is some problem with room service & no activity in this hotel also thy have problems with light & the beach for this hotel not clean no body carry luggage when we check out, also all furniture is old. The hotel needs to renew

We travelled at what appeared to be a very busy time and had to wait for our rooms which was not good but what made the difference was the staff especially mohammed the reception manager and mubin and also the lovely guest relations manager mrs cansu who did their best to sort the rooms and upgraded us to sea views the hotel is a very good value for money place and if I wanted a value for money place would go back again

We have just returned from a week of all inclusive at the kervansary kundu Antalya. On our arrival we had to wait over 1 hour to check in As our room was not ready! We arrived at 2am and then had to wait in lobby, kids were tired and upset. Room was incorrect, not what we booked. Room was never cleaned properly. Staff are ignorant and couldn't be bothered to help. Everyone speaks Russian or German. No entertainment for kids at all. Food was the same everyday 😝. Don't stay at this hotel!

Antalya/lara cannot ever go wrong with their fully inclusive 5* hotels. Kervansaray was an amazing hotel to stay at. The food was always fresh and delicious, the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. Entertainment by the pool during the day & late night shows were amazing and really fun! Will recommend to a friends and family's.

Booked a weeks family Easter getaway to Lara beach. Booked with - what a big mistake! Never book with them, they are simply useless when things go wrong. Hotel Kervansaray just does not offer the facilities that is marketed. Just be aware of my unfortunate experience only last week: day 1: Room not cleaned, no complimentary water in fridge, which was also dirty from last guests stay, no AC at all, just blowing out hot air this was complained about several times to uninterested reception staff and was never fixed during 7 day stay it was shutdown centrally, works in restaurant and reception areas but not in any of the rooms! Day 2, managed to get water from room cleaners, who did not clean rooms, wiped bathroom floor with old towels and no vacuuming and left. Noticed limited provision such as no wave pool, or canoeing. No ice cream bar as advertised, no daytime entertainment whatsoever, boring for kids. Limited choice of snacks for kids. The beach itself was shockingly dirty, lots of rubbish underneath the outer layer of sand. My 3 year old stepped on a piece of wood with a nail in it, lucky it did not piece his foot! Day 3 - most of the gym equipment was broken or did not work... cycle with no pedals, broken dumbells etc, cold jacuzzi pool, cold water in showers, made complaints to manager, saw some improvements, though generally staff are uninterested and uncaring. Had to make the most of the rest of the stay as were ineffective only offering a partial refund and leaving it to me to find alternative accommodation. In a nutshell, if paid the money now so they didn't seem to care. Spent most of the days on excursions out of hotel as the hotel facilities were limited despite their false descriptions - gave up on making complaints as much of it fell on deaf ears, like I said the staff are not bothered, standard of service is poor, the facilities are poor. Only plus point was the evening meal was decent, I have had better choice and variety but generally the food was reasonable within the hotel grounds and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and polite. It seemed as though the hotel was trying to cost cut and save money wherever it could, which is fine for them, but I've paid in full for a family holiday that was as a result ruined. For excursions from Lara beach there is plenty of choice, they will quote all sorts of silly prices, there is a broken bus just outside the hotel where a chap called Metim helped book tours to the old town, hamams etc at a reasonable rate, far cheaper than the hotel. We had great days out, away from the hotel issues! Avoid the captain offering the massage therapy, it's a small shabby room up Kundu Market - a bit creepy. Kundu Market itself will have a few souvenirs at reasonable prices with negotiation. There is also a Migros supermarket within about a 20 minute walk opposite Delphin imperial hotel, fit useful supplies.

As expected hotel still preparing for main season starting so not all facilities available. Rooms cleaned every day, food was good. Pools clean. We found staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money helped by unexpectedly fabulous weather. Place is looking a little tired and could do with refurb/sprucing up (particularly carpets).

I just came back from a week staying in this hotel. Our room was spacious and great sea view but not as clean as a 5 star hotel! Food was good specially on Turkish night, entertainment was so dull. I just want to appreciate Mr. Serhat in the bar who was so kind and careful. Generally this hotel is not was you expect in Antalya.I dont recommend it at all.

İt was really discusting The staff was very rude and they use less staff You can't find somebody to help you It takes 20 minutes to take a drink from bar. Management makes staff work like ants The barman girls haitce and nihan and their cheff serhat really works hard .
