From initial check in to check out all staff were very professional. The hotel was having some work done at the front. However, this did not impact on our stay. The pool area was very nice and clean. Our room was very clean and had all facilities you would expect. The breakfast was an excellent plated version. Lots of hot and cold drinks were available. The location not far from the airport was also excellent. We would stay again, thank you very much. Kev and Deb

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Poor customer service, no hot water (by design) in the bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Shower faucet was broken and we were told to wait until the plumber finds time. Asked for 2 extra blankets for our kids and were told that they can only give 1 extra per room as per policy. It is not as advertised. I am not sure how the hotel has a 4.0 rating.
