Spent 10 days in Crystal Aura Beach Resort in october 2017 End of the season, but everything was ok. Not luxury, mayby 4* But clean and nice. Very good eavning shows, there were different groups performing every night! Nightclub is rubbish, kids activities are ok. Icecream and waffels every day :) Bool area ok, I like that there are two pool areas - you can choose quiet or with loud music and with the entertainment deam. Beach is nice, we had a lovely 28-35 degrees and no waves. Picture perfect Mediterranean sea. Food: main resturant - ok, not many options, but nice grilled meats every day. Salads, trinks ok, sweets were the same all the time... Spa: not good. The massage was to soft and they kept saying that I should get more... I had to remove facemask on my onw :/ We had a good family vacation there.
Room very clean, welcome bowl of fruit and a complimentary bottle of very acceptable wine. Arrived after midnight ,but after being shown to room had a call asking if we were hungry and required some food, we declined but it was a nice gesture. Overall the hotel was well organised with a varied selection of food in the restaurants and although crowded we were always able to get a table without waiting. The staff in one way were a bit over keen, leave the table to get another course and sometimes your glass of half drunk wine was cleared away before you got back. Leave a coat or hat there so they know you're coming back and its ok. Evening entertainment was good and contrary to some reviews not wholly aimed at the Russians. Yes the majority of the guests were not English, but a selection of European nations, Latvians,Ukraine's,Germans, etc, none of which were any problem. The staff coped very well with all of the languages The wifi was abit intermittent but free. It is quite a walk into the town but well worth it with a good variety of shops both cheap and expensive to pass the time. There is no major English tour companies using this hotel so no reps or info board to see about trips,(we went On the Beach), but plenty of independent places selling trips. Note there are very few sea view rooms. There are several bars, small eateries in the hotel so there is no problem getting a snack or a drink at almost any time, day or night. Overall a very enjoy able time was had by myself and my wife.
The Hotel has decent facilities ,a good location on the beach, kept very clean and tidy with a very cold pool and walking distance to a lovely town Kemer. The staff are very good but have little command of the English language although nothing is too much trouble for them to do for you .The food is AWFUL completely focused on the eastern block guests if you are English you will walk into town to eat unless you like veg and semolina for breakfast standing in long lines for most items with IGNORANT eastern European guests
In this hotel I was for second time. I Really love the Palm promenade And the beach. Food is boring, They should have more variations(after two weeks vacation you eat every day the same foods...). Wifi sucks. Really. They gave us some pin And it was working But after couple of minutes Relaxing next to the pool the wifi wanted again pin so I was walking again to reception for new pin(And it happened so many times). Also bar for me quite sucks. One time I wanted ice coffee And it wasnt problem at all And after like two hours i wanted another But there were new barmans so i told them that i want ice coffee And They looked at me like that i am from Mars And They didnt know how to do it. Also we were in mexican ala carte And Italian ala carte. Mexican was quite good But we ordered avocado salad Where wasnt Any avocado, Or i ordered tomato sauce, chicken, rice And cheese wrapped in taco And guess What there wasnt Any rice. In Italian tiramisu isnt tiramisu (I was in Italy so i know how tiramisu should be) And again They were doing "Stupidos" from us all the time. Minestrone wasnt minestrone And tiramisu also as i told. My friend ordered appetiser seafood risotto Where werent Any seafood... i love this hotel But there are so many mistakes which should be fix. Anyways Thanks for nice holidays And Maybe next year again in aura Or Definitely in another crystal hotel
A perfect budget 5-star hotel for the families. Don't pay attention to any of the negative feedback. People who leave them are used to the different type of stays... they're "another breed". Hotel is just like described and pictures are real. We stayed in family suite (#1212) in the main building with the front desk. While i could find the flaws, things to improve and food to complain about- we came for a vacation and had wonderful time here (actually still are having as I'm typing this). Spacious family suite, same every morning, but very good selection breakfast, superb lunch in 3 different places and dinner worth huge applauses. Every night different, never the same, grilled meats/ fish/ veggies / seafood every night. Drinks are as everywhere. Efes beer as a standard in Turkey. Room service ok. Beach, pools, common grounds - all very very nice and above expectations. Main visitors - Russians, Turks and many other European countries. Don't hesitate - book your next stay here. End of sept and beginning of oct are perfect here.
My husband and I were first booked in at the Crystal Flora Beach Resort. That was just horrible. The room they gave us was terrible, it was a family room. It was like a 1 star dorm room. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, the bathroom was terrible, there were bunk beds in the other room. The manager showed us another room which wasn't any better. He then said he has the Crystal Aura which he said was ten minutes away and he had to move about 8 to 10 people there that day. They had no complaints, so we went. This was a little better, very small room, no bedside lights. We were not given more toiletries. We were also on the all inclusive and told that the fridge will be restocked every day. This did not happen until you ask them, which we did once. The room phone didn't work and was never fixed, which they were advised about. The only cleaning that gets done in the room is the making of the bed. The restaurant was overcrowded and when the food did run out it was not replaced. The quality and variety is the same most days as far as I saw. The restaurant closing time for dinner is 9pm and by 8.30pm the hot dishes are mostly finished and they do not replace anything. The staff get so upset with you and actually asked us to move our foods outside so that they could clean up as it was 9pm and they are closed we were told. We had come back from a full day tour to Pamakkale and did not eat one meal at the hotel that day. The pool and beach are just lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at the pool. I agree with other reviewers that they do not pay any attention to English speaking guest. The hotel grounds are in satisfactory condition. At night it looks lovely. I must say, I did not experience the Turkish hospitality at this resort. Water is readily available at the reception. WIFI is very poor and is not available in the rooms only in certain open areas. This was the part of our vacation we were most looking forward to and it was seriously disappointing :(
We have booked this hotel based on different positive reviews. We were expecting a great holidays.. Once arrived (around 10:30 pm) we have been advised that our rooms are not available (3 families); and they can offer us an upgrade to another hotel from their group located 10 mins from Kemer...after insisting; by miracle the problem is solved. As we booked a familly room; we have been given (as punishment in my opinion) a room in 2nd floor without lift.. (the lift is there but not working for years apparently)..with 3 kids one only a couple of months ..I let you imagine the struggle of up and down.. the room has a tinny bathroom of 1* hotel. The air conditioning not working.. electric wires appearing ...we complained to the management and the response is that there is no solution before 4 nights so we have been gorced to spend 4 days and nights in such conditions. I come to know that such practices are common use in this group (crystsl Group) as i meet a familly that have booked in another hotel and downgrade them to this one for 3 days..its a bad management if overbooking.. The fifth day finally we get what we have paid for...after 1/3 of total stay. The hotel is not for families..it was full of singles (men and women)..mainly from Russia and ex URSS countries; leading to a lot of unusual behaviours..many have no respect to the rules either in the restaurants; at the sweeming pool or on the beach. The food is variable but missing the quality. You need to pay for fresh juices at the breakfast. Expect to spend a substantial time on the line to get some pancacke; some meat...in a non organized environment. The waiters don't speak English..some Russian maybe never smiling with a quite old uniforms. PLEASE invest in your workers!! We have never been let to stay together by joining two tables because it's not authorised!!!so if you are more than 4 people no chance for you to eat together!! The big swimming pool was always crowded with a loud music. We preferred the deal one at the aquapark. On the beach you should behave rude to get a place; as many leave their towels from the night before and never show up.. The activities were only in Turkish and Russian.. so our kids never participate neither we did for the evening ones. A day before leaving my son get injured in the lobby bar; while he was playing..we went to the reception; no first aid, no help or support.. the onlything they said..there is an hospital at 300m..which we do..endibg with 9 points on the hand and a bill of 600 euro!! The only thing we liked there is the sea..the water is very clean and it's real paradise.. but that is the mother nature work. Never again Crystal Horror
I stayed 4 days with my family. We stayed in hotel section, in family room overlooking to the beautiful high mountains. There are club rooms also. But my place was very comfortable. The room has all facilities and the amenities are quality. Sleep quality is so mice. It is very compact and flat establishment. Very easy to reach everywhere, the beach, restaurants, and cafes. I liked the food and dishes, very successful. The sea is amazing beautiful. We rented pavilion for 70 Turkish lira, in the beach, with fruit basket and all soft drinks, towels included to the price. I loved that kind of beach life. Very private and comfortable. This place is walking distance to town Kemer, if you like to walk. And staff was great in service and guest relations.I recommend all families and everyone likes quality, comfort and beautiful sea.
Crystal Aura Resort is stunning resort. We stayed in this resort for 4 nights. This is very compact resort. Rooms are decorated well and very comfortable. Hotel located in good place. It has 2 Ala Carte restaurants. Main restaurant has a wide selection with fresh and natural products from region. Meals are delicious. Resort's sea is very clean and it has a blue flag. On the beach there are pavilions. Fresh fruit basket, drink selections, amenities inside the pavilion. Pavilions are very comfortable and useful. Staff was helpful. Highly recommend the hotel!
Crystal Aura Beach Resort is amazing resort where you can find all your needs and operates in all inclusive. We stayed for three nights. Food is good and so many dishes. Breakfast is great. Italian Ala carte restaurant was good. Beach and sea is blue flag... We had a pavilion at the beach as a family. We treated like a member of the family. We will come back again...
