Good location, good staff and very good animation team, beatiful palm promenade, Beatiful beach, good activities and sports. But Food average and still all the same foods all the time... But next time we will Definitely go there!
Travelled here with 3 young children in May 2017. Fantastic experience. Great location. About 10/15 min walk to Kemer centre, so much to see and do around the area. However we did not really venture outside of the hotel as it had everything we required. They gave us a double room (one room with balcony, double bed and bunk bed and off that room another with double bed and balcony). Very nice rooms, spacious and extremely clean. Food was good. Lots to choose from and serving pretty much all the time. Pool bar for snacks and main restaurant was good. Swimming pools nice with slides etc. Beach on doorstep of hotel. Wasn't crowded which was nice, however no sand just pebbles but still fun for kids. Animation team was brilliant. Kids club people were very nice to the children. Nice slides and baby pool. They had a mini disco every night for the children and a show for the adults after. Very entertaining. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a good holiday.I’m sure you’re surprised to hear from me

Stayed here last year. The staff and barmen were great. Ended up going out with them on the evenings. They could not do enough for you. Food was good. The place was just chilled and laid back. It was great..
the serice was very good and food was also at the top level.my family was very pleased to spend a week of their lives in this hotel.the only discomfort was that we arrived early in the morning and they didn't have available rooms for us and we had to sleep for a few hours in the lobby, but that's ok because as soon as the room got free we moved there. It was a very nice vacation :)
Went there for 3 nights and the hotel is in an amazing location where you have various of pools, private beach access and the most amazing this is they have all inclusive meals. They also have daily activities at the pool and the beach where you can play all the water sports that you like
Booked last year holiday in this Hotel. It was really nice. Now thinking to book for the next Holiday. Food room service and the beach was fantastic. room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for families and couples
Hi all! We spent a week here in Crystal Aura, between October 3 and October 10 2015. We were very happy that the weather was still warm, but not hot, we were still able to swim in the sea, 29 degrees during the day and about 20-23 degrees in the evening. Crystal Aura is built on a large area with a complex of buildings, restaurants, own beach. Comparing to other hotels we'se seen in that area, it was more space there and the center of Kemer is in walking distance. In each of these so called big bungalows, 2 stores, are different kind of rooms. We have received the smaller type of room, in the corner of the building. The large bed occupied most of the room. For 1 week it was not a problem, but for 2 weeks, we wouldn't have liked it. The furniture, bathroom, was all new and of good quality. Allmost al of the bulgalows have land view, just a few of them at the sea side have sea view. We have enjoyed the food a lot, with UAI it was all the time some snack there. There were plenty of salads and turkish appetisers that we have liked, the grill and and the fish, the wonderful turkish sweets, always too many (good that it was only one week). We didn't try the special restaurants (Italian, Turkish, Sea food). The sea food reastaurant was dificult to book, cause the others were booking all the places very early. We booked once and when we wanted to go, that evening rained a lot so, we couldn't sit outside. Yes, in October starts to rain more often and that happend one day, almost the whole day. We still went swimming :-) We went on a daily trip to Pamukkale and asked for a breakfast paket cause we left at 5 in the morning, but they don't provide that, they told us to go and search for some food in the restaurant and make a package. . We made a small package, but difficult to find something easy to transport. They should offer this. The entertainment program in the evening was very professional, professional singers and dancers, turkish folk music, very well organized and each day something new. During the day there were also other activities at the swimmingpool, but we didn't go there, we were at the beach. The personal was always nice and friendly. We would come back there one more time, any time. The price was very good for what we have got.
The resort was as expected. Huge and not personal as it is an all-inclusive resort. The food is OK. Nothing special but the fact that they have almost 24 hour food available is a nice touch. I like that instead of wasting food they make it accessible even after the closing time of the restaurants. The room was ok. Nothing special. But the atmosphere was depressing. Every staff member except one fantastic person at the waiting staff at the main restaurant looked bored and maybe overworked and two guys at the reception were downright rude. The reception had the worst welcome I've ever had. I almost felt apologetic for checking in. The guy checking us in was so indifferent and sour it was uncomfortable and at check out another guy asked us what the time of the check out was. When we said, don't you know the time (by that time we were fed of the behavior), he pointed at the watch behind him and demanded that we say the time out loud. What is the deal with that? I can understand it is a demanding job to deal with thousands and thousands of tourists, some more with a sense of entitlement then others but it goes both ways. As the guests should be nice and behave so should he staff and while being indifferent is not a big problem, being rude is. Based on this I would never stay here or recommend this place to anyone unless the cost is very low (as we had because of off-season). Even then I would look for one of the dozen other resorts on the same road. The facilities are nice, many different things to do for families and older guests. As we were passing by the area we just had food then went out to the city instead. Pros: Huge facilities with many things to do for families. Food and drink available almost 24 hours. Right by the beach. Gym, spa and many other facilities I didn't try. Cons: Sub-par room, upgrade one level up from standard as it was nicer. Sour staff and down right rude at reception. Restaurant staff were nice.
