Extremely clean, modern, lovely garden!
Very clean. The garden is lovely. It has two outdoor shaded sitting areas. Lots of beautiful greenery. We saw banana trees. There is free guest parking. We stayed in Bahce 1, which is on the ground floor. It was relaxing and restful, and has a small balcony for two people to drink tea. Everything is well shaded and not very hot in our apartment.
Very modern and well decorated. The bathroom walls were all marble and the shower had a rain shower in it. There was hot water, but it's hot only later during the day, not early in the morning, as all homes in this area use the water tanks that get heated up on the roof from the sun. So in the morning, the water is not heated yet.
The small amenities were what made this apartment extra special. Most apartment hotels do not offer all the small things, and so guests have to go out and buy them, but here, they were available: dishwashing soap, sponge, salt/pepper, garbage bags, soap/shampoo, paper towels. We saved good money this way. Wifi was acceptable at around 4-5 Mbit/s. Enough to stream video on my phone. Check in was very smooth and fast. Location great near highway to drive into Kas or nearby attractions. Need car for sure.
Just a few things for them to fix: the toilet bidet spray is broken. There is a piece missing, so you cannot control the direction of the spray. The bedroom A/C unit worked, but was very noisy. Perhaps it needs to be serviced.
Otherwise, everything was great. We will be back again we hope.
