250 m walk from Anse Marcel beach, one of the most beautiful and quiet on the island, with its gourmet beach restaurant Anse Marcel Beach.
100 m from the marina with its nautical activities, its grocery store and its restaurant.
American equipped kitchen and washing machine.

The Acacia Marina duplex was completely renovated in early 2021.
It is very spacious with a surface area of 70 sq ft².
It is composed as follows:
* On the 1st level, the kitchen opens onto a large ventilated terrace lounge, and the adjoining bathroom.
* On the 2nd level, a large air-conditioned bedroom with a dressing room.
It has a view on the Anse Marcel marina.
You will have exclusive access to all accommodation.
You will be greeted by my property managers Daphnée and Gilles who will take care of you during your stay and will be able to give you all the tips of the island.
The Anse Marcel district has the particularity of bringing together a dream beach and a marina in a preserved and sheltered natural site of extreme beauty.
It is the ideal place for nautical activities with sail or motor:

It is also a place that hosts one of the best restaurants on the island by the sea: the beach restaurant Anse Marcel Beach.
