The beaches are 10 minutes walk, the old town and the tourist office at 5 min walk, you can not be at the center of the city of Annnecy!

Appartement ancien placé au centre ville d'Annecy

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre d'Annecy mais très chaud même si le propriétaire avait veillé à laisser deux ventilateurs. Pas idéal en période de canicule car sous les toits et plein ouest.Certains mobiliers vétustes de l'appartement seraient à changer pour optimiser l'appartement notamment au niveau des éléments de cuisine, de la literie pas très confortable et de la TV que nous n'avons allumée qu'une fois mais qui présentait des fines barres noires sur le côté droit.

La location idéale

Quatre jours délicieux de découverte d'Annecy ! Olivier, le propriétaire, nous attendait devant la porte de l'immeuble pile à l'heure convenue pour nous faire découvrir son appartement joliment décoré, idéalement situé dans une rue piétonne, à 5 mn de la gare, de la vieille ville, du lac. Propreté des lieux impeccable, un grand lit et un canapé convertible d'un confort étonnant, un balcon (donnant sur un parc) où il fait bon prendre le café du matin ou l'apéro du soir, une baignoire pour se délasser après une longue balade sur les bords du lac, une cuisine bien équipée, des adresses de restaurants recommandées par le maître des lieux et... un calme souverain ! Que du positif, à recommander, surtout en duo (la chambre n'est séparée du salon que par deux panneaux de toile). Bonus, un départ tardif nous a été généreusement accordé pour coller avec notre horaire de train du retour. Merci Olivier !
