L'appartement est vraiment bien situé, il est très sécurisé et surtout le garage à disposition c'est le top. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied et Laetitia est très sympa et réactif.

Appartement idéal pour profiter d’Annecy, la ville, ses alentours, et sa nature

Appartement parfaitement situé au coeur d’annecy, à proximité du vieil annecy et de son lac merveilleux. L’appartement est lumineux et propre. La terrasse est vraiment appréciable. La propriétaire est très très disponible et sympathique ce qui rend le séjour plus agréable.

Séjour agréable en plein centre ville d'Annecy

Logement tout neuf, très bien aménagé et très lumineux, très bien équipé et pratique (parking en sous-sol, ascenseur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle...) Petit balcon agréable donnant directement dans les arbres (3è étage) Emplacement en plein centre ville, et proche du lac (plage des Marquisats accessible à pied en environ 20 minutes par des voies piétonnes). Rue assez passante donc un peu bruyant avec les fenêtres ouvertes (surtout bruit des voitures, pas de bars ou restaurants bruyants). Contact très facile avec la propriétaire

Tout était parfait

Très bon accueil de Laetitia, appartement très bien situé près de la vieille ville, la gare et le lac. Le parking inclus est un vrai plus. L'appartement est top, très bien équipé, avec de plus un balcon/terrasse suffisamment grand dont nous avons bien profité. Cela a contribué à rendre notre séjour fort agréable 🙂
