Discover a new apartment in a luxury residence with a terrace offering stunning views on the lake and mountains. Ideal for 4 to 5 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet and a large living room with open kitchen. Motion sensors, connected to an alarm system, are present but are in no case surveillance cameras.

This is a great flat with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. The location is a 5 minute walk from Annecy old town and can't be beaten - it's perfect for going out in the evening. The road is very busy so it's not quiet on the balcony, but the double glazing is excellent. It has all the mod cons we need (including being able to log into all our TV apps for the teens!) and is clean and secure.
