Petite maison

Petite maison avec espace vert très bien située. Intermarché au pied Bus gratuit (juillet et août) au pied. Accès à la vieille ville et au centre ville très facile a pied. Vous pouvez laisser sans problème votre véhicule tt le long de votre séjour. Le bus circule dans tout Annecy et même au alentour. Hôte très agréable et de très bons conseils pour les visites.

Un petit abri bien tranquille

Un lieu riche en activités de tous genres sportives évidemment car Annecy est un gros centre pour le triathlon avec son lac et ses cols et bien sur le vol à voile comme le parapente le delta plane etc En outre une grande activité culturelle y regne Pour le logement ras très agréable et des hôtes d’une remarquable gentillesse Un lieu de location qui permet échanges et partages A pratiquer 😉😊👍

Klein aber fein wohnen in Annecy

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der kleinen aber sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung in Annecy genossen. Die gemütliche Sitzgruppe im Freien und die Fussnähe zu Altstadt und See sind weitere Pluspunkte des Appartments. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bien situé : à pied tout se fait ; à quelques minutes d une boucherie, d une pharmacie, d un supermarché, à 5-10mn du centre ville, à environ 20mn maxi de la plage du lac et de ses activités, 15mn des gares routière et ferroviaire. Très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, disponible si besoin. Le logement est propre et correspond aux photos.

Propriétaires très sympathique arrangeant, une fois sur place plus besoin de voiture pour visiter la ville qui se trouve à 15 minutes à pieds. Du plus il y a 2 boulangeries, 1 pizzeria et une supérette à proximité. Séjour super zéro défaut. Je recommande.

Tres bon séjour! Accueil Chaleureux

Bonjour! Nous étions un groupe de 3 amis venus passés une semaine sur Annecy et avons passé un super moment. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé, à 5-10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et 15-20 minutes a pied des plages, et dispose de tout le necessaire. Le petit jardin est fort appreciable car toujours ensoleillé. Il n'est pas nécessaire de se déplacer en voiture, car tout est accessible rapidement, a pied ou en vélo. (local a vélos disponible) Les propriétaires sont tres agréables et disponibles. Je recommande cette location. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine si c'est possible. Merci pour tout. A bientot.
