This fully refurbished flat, equipped with quality products, offers a solution combining luxury, charm and authenticity, with its period exposed beams in particular.



You'll enjoy the comfort of new, bathed in the charm of old, in an atypical 17th century building.



Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), the flat is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful living room with a view of the cathedral and not overlooked.

It is equipped with a Smart Tv including a Netflix subscription and high-speed wifi (fibre). The Poltronesofa sofa bed can sleep 2 extra people on a comfortable 160cm mattress.



The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, raclette and fondue machine.



The sleeping area has a 160x200 bed with a Bultex mattress and slatted base. A cot is available for the little ones.



The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and WC.

This is a delightful little flat located fantastically in the middle of the old town. We arrived in the heat wave so outdoor temperatures were 30+ and the flat is not air conditioned so it did get very hot but that was bad luck on our part. The kitchen is great (but we couldn’t find a bottle opener!). The communication was great regarding key collection and check in. The central location was perfect as everything we wanted was in easy walking distance of the lake, shops, many restaurants and the train station (we came by train - which I highly recommend).
