Stay in this restored historic Annapolis home, located just steps from both USNA Gates 1 and 3. The proud Navy graduate parents have kept the historic charm while updating important amenities. You'll enjoy the renovated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, gourmet accessories and easy access to the large private backyard and patio. The serene backyard is uniquely spacious for the downtown area and is fully-furnished from the dining table with seating for 6-8, the umbrella covered sofa and chairs and even a bar top table with seating for another 4.



Back inside, the dining room is perfect for entertaining with seating for 8-10. Relax around the comfortable furnished family room with a large flatscreen TV. Head upstairs to the second level with three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a full size bed and a renovated full bathroom. There's also a dedicated work space on the 2nd floor with a desk and chair.



The home is perfect for families looking to visit the sites of Annapolis or Navy families who would like to be just a few blocks from the Academy.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We could walk to everything easily - Dock Street, shops, restaurants, state house, naval academy, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular

We were pampered at an extraordinarily convenient, charming property. The Congratulations on our son’s USNA acceptance and kind outreach had already set this trip apart but the ease of communication and the property’s spacious, cozy back patio and lovely kitchen space sealed the deal. What a great place Crew’s Quarter’s turned out to be! Everyone at iTrip was extremely helpful with any question or issue I had. The house was perfect, very comfortable and clean, they thought of everything. Walking distance to all things Annapolis and so close to the Yard. Taps and Colors was great to hear for the week! Close to the Naval Academy! Worked perfectly for commissioning week. So easy and fast to walk to events on the yard. Even if you forgot something, you could run back and get it. Ample space with three nice size bedrooms. Nice kitchen and living area. Beautiful patio space where we hosted a commissioning celebration grill out with family. And we also hosted a rehearsal dinner the night before our son’s wedding on the patio with ample space for catering set up from Chipotle. Overall very clean and nice. We loved working with i-trip - no hassles and clear communication at all times!! Thank you for a memorable 9 days!!

Parking and TV's in Bedrooms

Parking was definitely an issue. There should be 1 residential spot reserved in front of the house. The free parking garage was a 20 min walk. (not 12 as advertised). We walk fast - we are runners! My only other comment was there is no tv in the master bedroom. Everything else was great! Fully stocked kitchen, bath, etc. Quiet location. Safe and friendly neighborhood.
