This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom townhouse was recently remodeled - new paint, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new bathroom tile, new a/c mini-splits, new furniture and more!

The home sleeps 4 comfortably but can accommodate 5 with the twin sleeper in the game room.

Spacious kitchen. Floor plan allows for people to spread out. Very clean. Kitchen has all you need. Coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Owner definitely thought of everything. Amazing location to restaurants and shops. Super close to Naval Academy. Definitely will rent again if available.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Placed in the heart of things to explore, we enjoyed learning more about the history of the area, trying different restaurants, and dropping our son off for his second year at St. John’s College, which felt just up the street! What is so remarkable is that our host has outfitted the lovely house with everything you could possibly ask for. Modern conveniences (and snacks!) in a place full of history.

It was like staying at your best friend’s house… if your best friend’s was a five-star hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt less like a rental and more like we were visiting an old friend who happens to have impeccable taste. The house was spotless, and cozy. The beds were so comfortable we started calling them “sleep traps,” and the living spaces were perfect for curling up and taking a nap. The location couldn’t be better — just a short, pleasant stroll to the Annapolis waterfront and historic district. It made dining out feel effortless, but the kitchen was so well-equipped we also enjoyed a few home-cooked meals.Every detail here feels intentional, from the welcoming note on the counter to the basket of snacks and the fully stocked Coffee/ Nespresso bar. The game room was a big hit when we decided to stay in for family fun night. This is one of those rare places that makes you feel both spoiled and right at home.

Perfect location and amenities

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and couldn't have been more pleased staying here. The location was perfect, the home immaculate with everything we needed (outside of laundry) and the communication with the property manager was timely and helpful! Just a block from the center of Annapolis we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend this rental for your stay in Annapolis!

Beautiful house and great location!

Our family spent 3 nights at this wonderful house. It is decorated beautifully with many cute details, lush towels, great shower, and comfy beds. Beautiful and cozy! We walked to everything and did not need a car. It was a great weekend!

Great Location

The house was beautiful, game room/living room was great for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were big enough to fit our pack n play for our youngest. The location was perfect to walk downtown. Parking wasn’t ideal, but that’s not at the fault of the rental. We would stay here again if visiting Annapolis with the family!
