Cozy family-home in the woods, 10 min to Naval Academy!

Embed yourself in the quietness of the woods and birds singing. Our backyard has the 5th largest tree of its species in MD and takes out whole backyard beyond the deck. Safe and friendly neighborhood, our 3-floor Brazilian-American artsy family home offers in the main floor: powder-room, kitchen, dining, living and family rooms. Top floor with access to 1 master bedroom suite and 1 of the other 2 bedrooms and a social bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs in the basement. We love having guests and sharing our lovely space to inspire you to reconnect with the magic of who you truly are. We love being immersed in nature, and taking a morning and/or evening walk in the woods to view the Chesapeake Bay water along the 2.2 mile pathway. There are two bird observatories where you can stop to enjoy the Marshall areas and the Bay view or meditate. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
