Charming Historic Annapolis Home
This delightful historic home is situated directly across the street from the Paca House, and only three blocks from the Naval Academy, City dock, St. John’s College and the State Capital. If you are attending an event at the Paca house, there is not a better location than this.
This 1240 square-foot home includes two bedrooms, and two full baths. The master bathroom, located on the second floor, includes a soaking tub. If needed, there is a washer and dryer located in the master bathroom.
One of my favorite spots in this house is the newly renovated back patio. The back patio is a great place to spend time when the weather is nice. The patio seats five people comfortably, includes a fire pit, a gas grill, and roman shades for privacy.
Both bedrooms include a queen size bed. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and the second bedroom is located on the third floor. Both bedrooms are located in the front of the house and have spectacular views of the Paca house. One thing to note, the second bedroom does NOT have a door. The second bedroom is the only bedroom on the third floor; it is quiet and private.
There are two fireplaces in the home, one double sided fireplace on the first floor, and one in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There will be plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, pots and pans to use. Most importantly, there is a coffee machine.
This is my first time renting my home. I am very excited to share this home with you, as I think it is wonderful! My home is best for small family events. This house has been fully renovated and includes everything you need to enjoy a week in Annapolis. This is a historic home, so please be aware, the floors can be uneven in places and the steps can be steep.
Please reach out to me with any questions via VRBO.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

AMAZING WEDDING WEEKEND
Erica was such an amazing host and every detail was perfect! She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. We got married across the street at Paca House and Garden and are so thankful we were able to rent Erica’s house for the big weekend. Everything in the home is beautiful and spotless. The decor is lovely. She even decorated for the weekend with a banner and welcome sign. This is truly an amazing home in an amazing location. We hope to stay here again!

Outstanding experience
Truly spectacular experience. Everything was top-notch! Location is obviously ideal. Erica was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The house was great. Love the gas fire pit out back. So many little things - the gift basket and coffee, for example, were thoughtful and useful. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

5 STAR Accomodations, Gracious Owner/Host
Ms. Erica went above and beyond to create a wonderful stay in her lovely, clean, beautifully decorated home while we attended our daughter's graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy. Home is in historical district, walking distance to the Academy, restaurants and museums.
