This space features a private kitchenette, an independent entrance, and ample free street parking! Drop your bags and immediately enjoy what the DMV has to offer! We are located 10 minutes from the Inova Fairfax Hospital, 15 minutes to Tysons Corner Center, and 20 minutes to DC. This space is perfect for someone looking to see all our nations capital has to offer!

Also, please be aware that this is an above ground basement apartment. There are residents that live full time upstairs who are quiet, respectful, and keep to themselves. We ask that guests do the same. Does that work for you all?

Pleasant stay

The property was in an excellent location for us to visit family. It was a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking, if you had a car. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, affecting the tv. We could only watch Netflix and YouTube when there was Wi-Fi, no regular tv channels.

Good location near DC

Not a bad place to spend a few nights near DC. Place was clean and comfortable. The people living in the main house were considerate. Plenty of street parking and shops were very close by.

Two weeks trip to Virginia

We arrived earlier than checking time but the property manager (Emily) was able to let us check in early instead of waiting till 3pm. The house was very clean, kitchen has everything we need as expected. The house located in a quite neighborhood and easy access to 495, 395 and Washington D.C. We will definitely book again in the future.

A nice stay

This ground level apartment is well equipped for a short to medium stay. It's in a quiet area but close to most things. Comes with lots of little amenities that made the stay nicer. There is some noise that comes through from the family above (unavoidable with this kind of setting), so depending on the level of quiet you need this could be a factor. But most of the time it is quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were in particular helpful to the stay.

Comfortable

It was pretty nice for a basement apartment in an older split level. I was surprised I could hear the people walk around upstairs. The floor is very squeaky. They don't seem to require as much sleep as we do. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's an easy drive into the capital.
