The location and ease of this place made it somewhere we’d stay again. There are weddings next door so just be aware music will play pretty loud till 10pm. We made the most of it with drinks in the screened in patio and driveway dancing.

Perfect location right next to the beach with gorgeous sunset views. Could walk to all of the cute restaurants and shops. Kids loved the pool table in the basement and decor was very fun. We appreciated the beach wagon and beach towels. Easy communication with management and very clean. Wonderful family vacation- would stay again!

Great host, very responsive, and the most perfect walk to the beach. Everything was exactly as described. The only thing to note is that the restaurant next door (Sandbar Seafood) hosted weddings two nights during our stay, and the music was loud late into the evening. If you don't mind some nighttime noise, this place is fantastic! I do recommend!!

Beyond Expectations

Spacious home. We were a family of four, but 10 would have been an easy fit. You are so close to the beach you don't even need shoes. Amazing sunsets as well. Clean, well appointed. Updated living areas. Very nice

Perfect Getaway

This last minute find was just what we needed. Lovely home with all the amenities and you couldn’t get any closer to the action. The beach is just steps from your door! The home is large, clean and a wonderful spot to start your day with a coffee and walk the beach. We plan to return!

Excellent Location and Well-Stocked

Recently stayed here with family (6 people, ages 3-70). Really great location. Steps to sand (with sunset view from living room) and walkable to dozens of shops and restaurants. One of the best "stocked" rental homes we have used over the years, from outdoor gear (beach, cornhole, grill) to kitchen equipment. Highly recommend!

Beach house with a view

We only had a few days at this property but the views and the fact that it was within steps to the gulf were well worth it. The house was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Being within walking distance on the beach to the The Sandbar Restaurant was also a bonus. Will definitely be back to stay!
