PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Our host larry was great, he answered every question and was always available. It was pretty cold the week we were here so we explored tampa and bradenton. The backyard was awesome, very peaceful.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful week at the Sassy Seahorse! The location was perfect and an easy walk to lots of restaurants and the beach for us and our family of four. Our boys ages 3 and 5 had an easy time walking around and we loved the pool! Very clean and Larry was very accommodating! Will be back!
