This ground-level, newly renovated beach house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. And as of 2024, enjoy a brand new plunge pool with a freshly landscaped yard!
Sandy Cheeks is situated on a quiet street north of Pine Avenue, just a short block away from the Rod and Reel Pier. Enjoy a morning stroll to the pier, or take a short walk to the nearby Bayfront Park, where you can relax on white sand beaches, enjoy amazing views of the Skyway Bridge, and have a picnic on the bay. And if you're looking for a taste of the Gulf of Mexico, Bean Point, and the Sandbar Restaurant are just a short distance away.
Upon entering Sandy Cheeks, you'll be greeted with newly installed faux wood-laminate floors, giving the property a light and bright coastal cottage beach flare. The floor plan is perfect for family gatherings, featuring an updated kitchen and living room, as well as three cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and share a second hallway bathroom.

Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. The interior was all new. Furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, and everything fresh and tastefully done. Quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from beach. Exterior privacy will improve as landscape recovers. Parking and access easy.

Cutest House and Perfect Vacation!
I stayed here with 3 friends, and the house was perfect! The outside area was so nice at night. The pool was very nice to have. The house was so cute and so nicely decorated. It was a quick commute to the beach and to all the little shops and the piers. I highly recommend staying here!

No refrigerator
The property manager let us know about an hour before we arrived that the refrigerator wasn’t cooling and a part was on order. They supplied a cooler and offered to reimburse our ice purchases. I had to reach out to them on my own to see when the refrigerator would be repaired, hoping it would be the same day, turns out the fridge was broken the whole entire time. So by day two, I had a giant cooler full of water and no fridge to properly store our food. A cooler is fine for drinks but not a safe way to store food. This caused our family significant expenses in both time and money because we had to dine out for every meal. I asked to be compensated, the most the property owner would do was refund one night stay. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this property due to the lack of empathy and respect from the owner.

We really enjoyed this house....very beautiful home and fully stocked with all you need. The location was the best for us as we love Rod N Reel Pier! The only suggestions I would make are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and an outdoor shower. Other than that, pretty perfect! Thanks so much for having us!
