This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in AMI. We loved the single story and not having to go down steps to the pool. The backyard is great. My grand boys loved playing ping pong, pool, and bags. The bedroom layouts were great for a family of eight. It took a while to get use to the induction stove/ oven. The fry pan has lost its coating so it was a challenge not to burn food even at a low heat. There is also a loose paver brick under the tiki outside that someone could trip and injure themselves. Next time we come to AMI, and we will, we will definitely stay at Once Upon a Tiki.Thank you

Great property

We love the house and especially love the outdoor area with the ping-pong, pool table and the pool and the beautiful Canal view!!Had a little trouble with the TV in the living room other than that the place was a 10 and would go back in a heartbeat !!

Fantastic Family Week

Spectacular home. Perfect for our family. Pool and backyard one of a kind. Pictures say it well. Layout of inside home great. Comfortable inside. Well equipped kitchen. So much seating areas inside and outside! Quiet street on canal yet also block or so to beach. Fantastic location. Owner extremely attentive when we had a minor issue with the tv. Wonderful week!

Beautiful home, great property management

The home was spacious and super clean. The property manager was quick to respond to all of our needs. The fishing off the dock was decent for our avid fishermen and the activities were plentiful for kids of all ages-we barely left the house! The beaches are close and the area has a quaint, small town vibe.

AMAZING place!!!

We stayed here for a family vacation with our grown children and grandkids. This home is a perfect place to play and relax!! Backyard is amazing, and beach is super close. We have stayed many places...this time they all asked if we could just stay in this house again. I'm the "check out every spot before booking" person - fortunately we found this gem and would not even look for another! We will be back!

Family Vacation

Great property for family with small children,(we had 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 3) all one level with plenty of room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and outdoor shower, open kitchen and living area with easy access to Backyard and pool area. Back yard had plenty of tables and chairs , pool had a very shallow end for small kids and backyard area had plenty of games for adults as well as fishing from dock. Close to town and beaches. Really enjoyed our time there.

Perfect backyard for entertainment

The backyard was perfect for our group mix of little kids and older kids and adults! There was something for everyone and the canal is perfect to fish in. The rooms are a nice size. The industrial sized ice maker in the garage was great for filling up the cooler for the beach and just for drinks in general. The location is nice and close to a few good restaurants and beaches.

Simply paradise

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 11. The outside is amazing for family dinners and swimming while enjoying the beauty of AMI. We can’t wait to book our next stay at this beautiful home!

Absolutely beautiful!

Everything was great! We spent most of our time outside in the amazing outdoor space! There’s sun, shade, mature trees, pool, canal, entertainment area ect. Beach is close and easy to get around the island. We had everything we needed!

Anna Maria getaway

The home was perfectly located on Anna Maria island. It was big enough to accommodate our party of 12, with lots to do for everyone. Our vacation was great, and the rental played a big part of that.

Amazing Home on Anna Maria!

This home is amazing with a great open layout, lots of windows for natural light, lots of doors for access to the front and back of the home, comfortable beds, good amount of towels, plenty of fridge space with two fridges, a commercial ice maker in the fridge, beach chairs/cart, and an AMESOME backyard setup! We didn’t even go to the beach the first two days because the kids were having so much fun in the pool and backyard spaces. Location of the home is great and just a very short walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops on Pine Ave. Only things I would change are that every exterior door (and there are many) has a child security alarm that can become quit cumbersome to manage when you have many people going in an out and you only get the standard one roll or toilet paper/paper towels and small dish soap amenities which is pretty basic when paying these prices for a rental. Both of these are pretty standard for Florida rentals but I’ve stayed in homes on Anna Maria that didn’t have the alarms and had more basic ammenities when paying the higher nightly rates for a home this large/ group size. Overall I would highly highly recommend and you will have a great time if you rent this home!

Tons to do!

The house is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room and lots of things you would need that you don't have to bother packing or buying. The backyard is a dream for entertaining kids and adults. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when we went and the pool wasn't heated high enough so we didn't get to go in the week we were there but still had plenty to do. Had lots of luck fishing on the canal. Super fun place!!

Thanksgiving Week 2022

Outstanding property for guests of all ages. Outside area has many activities, games and wonderful pool. Nice having all living area, including bedrooms, on the one level. Highly recommend this property.
