This Anna Maria home is a great place to spend your island time! Spread out in the living area that includes a 65' flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player with Netflix and Hulu Plus (you will need your own login). This vacation rental is nicely-equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to pool and beach necessities. The pool area invites you in for a true island living experience. Start your mornings off with coffee in the covered sitting area. Relax by the pool, take a soothing swim (heat available upon request), and enjoy the therapeutic jets in the pool itself. There is also an area ideal for summertime cookouts thanks to the provided gas grill.

Walk to Pine Avenue where you will find small locally-owned coffee shops, restaurants, clothing boutiques, an olive oil outpost, and a donut shop. There are several beach access points nearby with the closest at the end of Gladiolus Street. Just follow the road and you will find yourself on the area's famous white sand beaches. This house is also located just one short block from Tampa Bay where you will find a playground and barbecue pavilions along with the Rod 'n Reel Pier. Enjoy sunrises over the bay, go fishing (no license is required), or dine at the Pier restaurant.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
