You know you’ve arrived in paradise when you pull up to your private driveway greeted by a tropical landscaped exterior and beautiful swaying palms. You will instantly feel all the comforts the home offers once you step inside. You’ll fall in love with the modern, spacious layout that’s full of natural light and designed with chic, coastal decor. The great room provides a relaxing space to kick back on the plush sofas where you can stream your favorite shows or sports team from the large flat screen smart TV. The state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials when cooking a gourmet meal for those at home nights. Stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, quartz counters that provide ample space, and a large kitchen island that seats 8 complete with bar stools. A dining table that also seats 8 is where you can dine with a water view all while enjoying a meal with family and friends. Open up the French sliding glass doors to feel the island breezes from the balcony or to sit back on the Adirondack chairs with a fresh drink in hand while taking in the serene atmosphere.

The home comes beautifully appointed with 4 master suites, all with spa-inspired ensuite bathrooms with two of the bathrooms featuring soaking tubs and all have glass walled step in showers. Awaken refreshed from the king beds designed with pure comfort, premium bedding, storage for your belongings, flat panel tv’s, and plenty of space to stretch out. An additional half bath provided for guest use, along with a laundry room on the second floor are available for your convenience. The outdoor living area on the ground level is where you’ll find yourself enjoying most of your day when not out on the beach or boating to nearby islands. The covered area provides a ping pong table, pool table, multiple seating/dining areas, two flat screen TVs, and two large fans to help you stay cool in the shade.

After a sunny day by the surf and sand, take a dip in your secluded, heated pool, sink into the jetted spa after sunset, soak up the Florida sunshine on a lounge chair, and challenge the golf expert in your group on the putting green. Next to the pool/ outdoor space is an additional Rec room that’s enclosed with a pool table. Cast a line from your private dock and get the gas grill ready for your catch of the day. This property is very accommodating for boaters with a place to park your vessel for up to a 28’ when parked parallel to the 16’ dock. There is also a 12’ wide and 35’ long boat slip available. *Please note the depth at the lowest tide is 4 feet. Right around the corner from the home is Galati’s Marina where you can conveniently fuel up your boat before heading out to the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Boat around the Tampa Bay, anchor down at the sandbars close to Bean Point, and set sail with the legendary sunsets as your backdrop! The canal is often visited by friendly manatees, so don’t be surprised if you make a few new aquatic friends!
