Wilson family vacation

We loved this home for our 2025 vacation. It is in a great location close to beaches and food. The garage game area was amazing. We opened up the garage doors, let the breeze blow through and hung out down there alot.

Fabulous accommodation!

Very clean and well stocked kitchen! Plenty of room for 6 people. The beach, bay , restaurants and shops were easily walkable from this property. Highly recommend!

Great Family Spring Break!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The house is very clean, well stocked and very well maintained. It’s actually one of those rare instances where the home is better in person than the photos online. The salt water pool is beautiful and secluded. The house is in a perfect location to shops, restaurants and beaches. We loved our experience here and will definitely be back!

Relaxing and perfect!

Loved the property and location. Quiet neighborhood just off the main roads with everything you could need within walking distance. The property was very well kept and included everything we needed. The backyard was very private with lovely trees and landscaping. We walked to the beach, restaurants, shops, pier, post office and farmers market.

A Great House Near the Beach

Just a 2.5 block walk to the big beach on the West side for sunsets. Just a bit further to the East for sunrises, and Cool Beans coffee shop. Also of note is the house had great wifi and the pool is salt water and heated. These nice features were not part of the description, so now you know what we didn't. House and kitchen are well stocked with everything needed, which was great, as we cooked there for most meals.

Beautiful house just a few issues

The house is amazing and the pool is beautiful. You couldn't ask for a better location with two blocks to the ocean and countless stores/restaurants surrounding you. The free trolly was an island perk that got us everywhere we needed to go. The main issues we had were communication with the property manager which could use so much improvement. There was a lot of confusion and their communication wasn't helpful in resolving it. When the maintence person came he was amazing and kind. A big thing to be aware of is when you arrive there is nothing there outside of some small starter kits (tiny shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods etc). I've never been somewhere before where there wasn't salt and pepper or other condiments left by previous tenants. We received an email after we booked letting us know there was two toliet paper rolls and one paper towel rolls. We got in late and put in a grocery delivery order for the morning and then we were surprised there was nothing. Everything on the island is quite pricey which makes sense but I truly hope everything we left was passed onto the next guests and the next guest weren't also left with nothing upon arriving.

Great Overall!

This house is great for 6 people! Super clean! A few minor things like the pool light was not working and no inside entry from the garage or pool. Other than that, the back yard and pool were beautiful and very private! The house was perfect and in very good proximity to most things we wanted to do!
