Newly Renovated w/ Perfect Location

We couldn’t have asked for more! Newly renovated, new furniture, perfect location to the beach (2 blocks), Pine Street (4 blocks), with great restaurants within a short walking distance like The Porch! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfectly Peaceful

INSIDE: This place was just right for us. Simple, clean, comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it has enough beds for a family with 1-2 kids or a dog. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking implements. Coffee maker, filters, toaster, and extra towels for the beach. There are two outside doors, one with a cart and chair for the beach, another with a laundry room. We had an outdoor shower to wash the sand off, and a screened porch which helps for drying beach accessories. We appreciated the keyless entry.OUTSIDE: It is just two blocks from the Anna Maria beach. It is also two blocks from an *incredibly* good sushi restaurant ("Sushi Ramen Anna Maria"). The area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small neighborhood bar on the corner, and we couldn't hear any noise from it at all. I grew up visiting this beach since infancy, and I brought my husband so he could see how beautiful it is. We were very happy with this stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Relaxing

The house was nice inside. Seemed recently remodeled. Kitchen had everything that was needed for the little cooking we did. The little porch in back was great for eating or relaxing. Location was great. Walk to the beach was 2 blocks. Walk to Pine Ave was 4 blocks for restaurants, shopping and renting bikes. We went several days without using the car because what we needed was so close. We’ll be back next year.

This property is misrepresented

Inundated by emails from the property management company giving us reminders about codes and use of the pool. No pool for this property. Listed a dishwasher; none in the house. A socket in the kitchen didn’t work. No trash cans outside. Clothes dryer did not work until you jimmied the door so it would close

Our 1st Florida vacation

We had a nice vacation in Florida, the house was just the right size for my husband and I and my sister. It was a very short walk to the beach which we really enjoyed since we are all in our 60s. We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. As someone who has been visiting AMI for 20 years, I loved this place. It had everything we needed and the location is unbeatable. The hosts had great communication and we felt very welcome. This was our first trip with our 8 month old. Our stay was fantastic.

First time on Anna Maria Island

The accommodation was spotless and location was absolutely perfect. I had one question for the host shortly after our arrival and the response was in an immediate! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars on all accounts and definitely at the top of our list for a return in 2025.

A great location that fills the basics

With so many larger and more expensive properties on the island it was nice to find this gem! Very clean, spartan but hospitable house. An easy walk to everything fun! I will definitely be back!

Volleycation

Everything was perfect for our vacation after a very long volleyball season. The beach was just a few minute walk from the house. The kids were able to walk to get henna tattoos, hair braids, and a restaurant at the end of our street.. Our family will definitely visit again.

A Place in Paradise

We totally enjoyed our condo! Very convenient to walk to the beach and to all the fun spots of Anna Maria Island. The condo is very clean and well maintained! Any questions were answered within minutes. Three TVs and excellent WiFi were really appreciated! Tiny kitchen table made us eat in the good sized, comfy living room. We loved the patio! Condo is in residential area of beautiful homes! We are hoping to return soon!
