The property was amazing. The pool and the house are beautiful. The beach is only a couple houses away, easy walk, white sand and pretty water. For cooking meals at the house we did have to purchase a few staples like salt/pepper, spices, and coffee filters but otherwise the house is equipped with everything you need.

Excellent Lovation!

This was our first time on AMI but we will be back! The house was perfect, the pool and outside area downstairs were the best! Easy walk to the beach and to local restaurants. I would highly recommend!

More incredible than we could have imagined

AMI was the perfect place for a getaway with our young kids, and this home gave us the absolute perfect vacation stay. Perfectly located, large, spacious, clean and comfortable, everything we could have ever wanted. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and just a short 2 minute walk to the end of the street. The pool and outdoor space was a huge hit with the family. Excellent location to shops, restaurants, and the town pier. We didn’t want to leave, and we will certainly be back asap!

5 star property 4 star prop mgt

Beautiful house as pictured well maintained. Walk to beach and into town to shop or eat. Great for 3 couples or a family. Elevator was nice touch for heavier suitcase. House is well designed and little touches like coffee maker on 3rd level and mini fridge awesome. My only critique has to do w/ prop mgt - the quality of towels are best western stock. We were given 3-4 per bathroom which did not allow 2 per guest (hair and body). In addition only get starter set of 2 DW pods and 1 laundry pod and hand sanitizer bottle of dish soap, 1 extra garbage bag. No coffee pods. Just felt a bit cheap for a truly 5 star property. But if you pack in your own you’ll be fine, or if going for longer stay there’s a Publix on island where you can get more. We would come back for sure.

Coral Kai is a gorgeous home with everything you need. King beds in all bedrooms, each with a full bath. Close to the beach. Pool and hot tub. Fantastic rental!

Would definitely stay here again

This house was perfect! The location to the beach is great. It’s on a quiet, no outlet street. Pool/hot tub and outdoor space was amazing. It was also close to restaurants, shops, etc. Zero complaints about the actual house. While beach chairs are advertised, one was broken and one was rusted out pretty bad. It’s probably time to replace or throw out some of the beach equipment. There was only one minor issue/complaint - the recycling bin outside was full of trash (not recycling) that had clearly been there for quite some time (full of flies, etc). I called property manager and they said they’d get someone out to take care of it, but no one ever showed up.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Kai! It was very clean, the beds were comfy and it was a great location for the beach and Pine Avenue. The elevator was a lifesaver with my elderly Mother in Law and luggage. The pool and the outdoor area was awesome! We will definitely being renting this again!

Beautiful Home Great Location

This home was perfect for our stay. We had our son & daughter-in-law and 2 young grandchildren. The rooms were situated perfectly and the home was beautiful and clean. Love being able to walk to the beach at the end of the road.

Clean and comfortable vacation home

The house is clean and comfortable and is very close to the beach. We had issues with the pool heater throughout our entire stay but otherwise everything was comfortable and the property management is very responsive and helpful.

Amazing experience!

We booked a last minute trip to AMI with our three little boys and we were super impressed with this beautiful home. It’s only a half block to the most beautiful beach and minutes away from everything on the island. House was spotless and rooms were all beautiful. Pool was great for our boys! They loved the sun deck and although not huge, the pool was the perfect size. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils but that was it. No spices or anything for cooking. We had the best week away in paradise and have already been looking to book our next trip back. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful piece of paradise!

We just stayed for two weeks at Coral Kai. What a beautiful NEW home with everthing you could desire. The high celings were great, the entire house seems so big. We loved that each bedroom and living room had huge flat screen tvs. The artwork on the walls was picked out just for this new home. THe comfy extra blankets for the living room were cozy. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, toys, blow ups, etc. We were happy to have the 10 x 10 pop up tent! What a great way to enjoy an entire day at the beach. (two beach umbrellas were there but neither worked properly). We LOVED that the hot tub actually had hot water when the bubbles were turned on. (In past rentals, the hot tubs never actually got hot so we assumed they were meant to stay pool temps..this was awesome..the pool stayed cool and the hot tub hot. Best of both worlds! A couple things that would help make this place even better....a pizza slicer, a scissors, and a full length mirror (maybe in master bedroom). Petty but they would help! Lastly, we were surprised to find that both glass sliding doors had alarms on them and that only people tall enough could reach the button to open and close them. This is our 4th rental on AMI and we have never encountered this. I think it's to prevent toddlers from wondering out and drowning. Good idea, I just wish it could be disabled. Our children, ages 7 and 9, both good swimmers, were not tall enough to reach the safety button...so every time I would sit down with my book...one of them wanted to go out and I had to get up. It happened all of the time...just kind of annoying. Maybe it is an insurance requirement these days? Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful house

We might have been Coral Kai's first renters. In any case, everything seemed new and in top notch condition. It was very clean. The house has an excellent location a few hundred yards from a lovely beach. The pool area is private and well landscaped, a great place to hang out. We rent homes frequently and Coral Kai is one of the best.
