Sea Jay is a newly refreshed, canal front pool home located in the heart of Anna Maria! Enter the home through the kitchen and continue on to the open dining and living room. The living area has beautiful natural light that spills in through the large windows that line the back of the home. The dining table will comfortably seat 8 guests and the bar has seating for 6. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king bed with Smart TV and the third bedroom has a unique bunkbed with a king bed on the bottom and two twin beds elevated above it. The second and third bedrooms shared access to the hallway bathroom. Lounge by the heated pool to soak in the sun or take advantage of the 35 feet of dock space to keep your personal boat during your stay. The upstairs screened balcony features a dining table for 6, built in gas grill, sink, and bar with 3 bar stools. The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the gulf beaches and easily accessible to Pine Avenue to visit shops and restaurants.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
