Welcome to this delightful house in Ann Arbor. Enjoy a gameday weekend within walking distance of Michigan Stadium, Crisler and Yost! Easy walk to Fraser's Pub, York and Dairy Queen.

With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and a sofa bed, this home offers plenty of space for guests. Each of the 3 bathrooms feature a shower. The basement living room also provides an extra sleeping option with a cozy sofa bed. Great backyard deck and patio for outdoor entertainment.

UPDATE: The shower in the basement is temporarily not working - the toilet and sink are still functional and we should have the shower fixed by September, but full disclosure that we're a 2.5 bath house until the shower gets fixed.

Amenities include WiFi, a washing machine, heating, and AC and more. Plenty of outdoor space for entertaining or relaxing before or after the game.

Walkable to campus and Nichols Arboretum. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Host was a pleasure to work with, quickly responded to messages and very clear easy directions for the house and how to access it. House was lovely--has everything we needed plus more, very clean and easy to find extra towels, tissues etc Very well appointed and newly updated inside, very cozy. Great backyard, quaint neighborhood. Walked home from Michigan Stadium after game day, a few eateries nearby so you don't have to drive into town if you want to avoid crowds on football weekends etc. Would absolutely stay here again!
