A GEM of a place to stay !!!!!

A GEM of a place to stay.Very peaceful relaxing and the owner and staff are brilliant.Nothing was too much trouble for them and the standard of service second to none. Delicious tasty food served promptly and without fuss, just how I like it.The steak I had on the saturday evening was one of the best I have ever had. Room was very comfy and spacious.Very clean. I will stay here again for sure.

Gezellig hotel, met vrolijk en gastvrij personeel.

Voor een kort verblijf vind ik het een goed hotel. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk. Dank je wel Gert Jan. Alles wordt keurig netjes uitgelegd, en je wordt persoonlijk naar je kamer gebracht. Bij het ontbijt is er genoeg variatie, en voldoende. Wat ik miste tijdens het ontbijt was een gezellig muziekje op de achtergrond. Het is jammer dat er 's avonds weinig te doen is in het dorp en in het hotel. Maar daarom stelde we het toch op prijs dat we toch wat langer gebruik mochten maken van het terras en een paar drankje. Al met al een gastvrij en gezellig hotel, met geweldig personeel. Nogmaals bedankt voor de service en gezelligheid.

Kamer en hotel gedateerd.

Het hotel en de kamers zijn gedateerd. Matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Geen lampje op bureau. Gehorig, dunne wandjes. Enkel glas, veel condensvorming. Douchedeur moest dichtblijven anders zou de rookmelder afgaan. Kraan wastafel maakt bij water laten lopen piepend geluid. Meubilair restaurant gedateerd. Hoge stoelen waardoor je niet met voeten bij de grond kan. Ontbijt is voldoende. Personeel is aardig.

Op weg naar de motocross hadden we geresserveert via internet en dat was oke het avondeten was zeer lekker en hebben wij genoten van een heerlijke nachtrust wij konden zelfs vroeger vertrekken dan voorzien was en vonden s'morgens dan ook een ontbijt pakket en konden ons voorzien van thee,koffie naar hartewens dat was zeker een pluspunt

Hotel in der Nähe von Groningen und Assen ...

Wie schon in den letzten Jahren nutzten wir das Hotel als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe des TT Circuit in Assen. Nettes, eher rustkales Ambiente. Sehr nette Bedienung und Hotelführung. Gutes Essen. Leider sind die Zimmer alle unter dem Dach, was im Sommer zu etwas höheren Temperaturen führt ... Die Sanitären Anlagen sind nicht auf dem modernsten Stand aber sauber und gepflegt - absolut okay für so ein Hotel!

rustig gelegen

rustig gelegen, weliswaar in een klein dorpje waar niets is. behalve het hotel, een restaurant en de kerk. Geen supermarktje in de buurt voor kleine boodschappen te halen zoals een broodje en beleg en wat drank voor tijdens een wandeling. Toch een leuke uitvalsbasis om naar Groningen of Assen te gaan ( 2 grote steden op een halfuurtje rijden). Er rijdt ook een bus die je ergens heen kan brengen.

Goed zeker voor wat het kost.

Van buiten wat tegen gevallen maar eenmaal binnen gewoon goed, service, eten en ook bedden. Alleen de bedden waren 3 losse bedden wel jammer. Personeel mega vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam.
