Schönes Hotel aber inakzeptabler Service
Wir waren das zweite Mal im Anklamer Hof und erneut sehr angetan vom Ambiente, den modernen Zimmern, sowie einem komfortablen Bad. Schwimmbad und Saunabereich waren sauber, modern und insgesamt ansprechend. Massiv beeinträchtigt hat unseren Gesamteindruck der Service des Hotels. Es fing noch ausgesprochen positiv mit einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung beim Check in an und insgesamt waren die Damen der Rezeption wirklich entgegengekommend und freundlich. Ansonsten aber ist der Begriff Service im Restaurant und insbesondere beim Frühstück ein komplettes Fremdwort. Die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets war nicht überragend, aber insgesamt in Ordnung, der Service aber erschreckend und in Teilen zudem unfreundlich. Besonders negativ stach vom ersten Tag an der offensichtlich in leitender Funktion dort tätige Mann mittleren Alters hervor, für den Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen ganz offenkundig keine notwendigen Kategorien darstellen. Diese negative Qualität konnte er an unserem letzten Tag, dem Ostersonntag nach der Zeitumstellung ganz besonders ausleben, nachdem er bzw. das Hotel kurzfristig und ohne angemessene Ankündigung die Frühstückszeit um 30 Minuten verkürzte (wir erfuhren am Morgen durch einen unscheinbaren Aufsteller davon) Mit dem Ende der verkürzten Frühstückszeit wurde nicht nur das Buffet gnadenlos und lautstark abgeräumt, sondern auch die Gäste an den Tischen zum Räumen angehalten. Unsere Buchung für den nächsten Jahreswechsel werden wir eher nicht aufrecht erhalten.

Wir waren das zweite Mal da und wieder zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr erholsam! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, jedoch schwierig mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Wer mit Hund anreist, kann nur ein paar Tage bleiben, da dies sehr kostspielig ist.

Die Parkplätze im Innenhof sind mit einem SUV, vor allem im Bereich der Fahrradständer, schwer zu erreichen bzw. schadensfrei zu passieren. Hier sollte über die Standort der Fahrradständer noch mal nachgedacht werden. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön, aber wenn mehr als 100 Gäste da sind (am 02.10.2022), viel zu klein. Hier sollte über Ausweichmöglichkeiten in das angrenzende Restaurant nachgedacht werden. C. Krambeer
