Large house located on large land with 60 meters facing the sea, including beautiful private beach. House has room with 6 environments that extends to a large deck overlooking the sea. The 5 rooms of the house are suites and equipped with air conditioning. The biggest attraction is a private beach with charming kiosk equipped with barbecue, oven and wood stove. In front of the rooms is a balcony with a strategic view of the sea. Large lawn, with 10 coconut trees, separates this balcony from the sea ... In this tropical landscape of sea, coconut trees and harmonious garden there are two hammocks located on the immensity of the sea. The whole property offers a house-sea integration that sensitizes those who are there. The tasteful architectural style is the highlight of the project and the decoration gives us a feeling of being on a cruise, with the bow gleaming at the infinite west of the sea. There are a variety of environments for a family gathering and lunch / dinner with exceptional views - at least 5 rooms can be chosen with different layouts and looks ... It is truly a warm, charming and tropical environment. The private beach, which has crystal clear and calm waters, still has fine white sand with unparalleled comfort during the day and / or night bathing.
