House with two floors in gated community in Praia do Engenho, Itanema, Angra dos Reis RJ. It has 1 suite + 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. All rooms with air conditioning and tv, living room with air conditioning, tv and stereo. Dining room and balcony with beautiful view on both floors. Large kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and a bar with freezer. Laundry room with washing machine and covered garage, all tvs with cable tv access. The house also has wi fi, barbecue, wood stove and garden. The condominium also provides private beach, games room, sauna, adult pool with children and parking.
