Interaction with guests
Already included in the price there will be a caretaker who is also a driver and knows the area well, can do small shopping and other tasks. It will stay in the suite that is isolated from the house in the laundry annex. It will keep the entire external area of the house clean, such as lawn mowing, electrical, wifi operation and pool cleaning, being the same indispensable. I reinforce that the caretaker does not perform domestic services aimed at internal cleaning of the house, and there is no possibility for such provision. If the lessee finds it necessary to hire a maid, it is on his behalf.
Other remarks
This is a condominium of high standard, with private beaches and a lot of security with strict rules of coexistence ie no loud sound or buzz fact that can cause a fine to the owner that will be deducted from the amount of the deposit at check out.
When checking out the renter must return the house in perfect condition to which they were delivered, which are: clean and without dirty dishes. If the renter does not comply with these conditions will be charged 500 reais discounted of the deposit deposit.
