"Best cabin for a mates trip or a family holiday. Perfectly positioned on lake Eucumbene where the trophy trout roam, or a lovely winter ski trip to Mt Selwyn.
3 bedroom fully furnished home with lake views and reserve opposite, backing onto bushland.
Timber kitchen, electric stove, fully insulated, built in robes in main bedroom, timber floor and beams, strip heating in all rooms, french doors out to back, 2 x 12,000 litre water tanks, separate toilet, wood heating with stone fireplace, ceiling fan and spotlights to fireplace, verandah out the front, covered BBQ.
Surround by green lawns and across the road from a nature reserve."
