Charming recently renovated Apt 3bd/2bt in Tuscan countryside w shared pool

An ancient farmhouse in Tuscany, between Arezzo and Anghiari, on the historic pass of La Scheggia, it is the ideal place to enjoy an atmosphere surrounded by nature, in an area rich in history and culture, perfect for a family holiday with children.
The stables, cellars and barns of the farm have been renovated over the years with the aim of keeping the simplicity of the old rural dwellings intact, to bring guests back to a timeless atmosphere, one lived for centuries by peasant families who, generation after generation, have inhabited and worked in La Scheggia.

The apartment: This apartment, called the Loggia due to the small portico leading to the house, was originally a peasant's house. The main room is the living room and dining room (table for up to 6 people) with large stone fireplace, connected to the kitchen. Next are 3 bedrooms, one double, one that can be either double or twin and a twin. Finally a small bathroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, across the courtyard, a green loggia furnished for the exclusive use of the Loggia guests. The pool (a few hundred meters away) is immersed in the woods, for shared use with the other guests of the farm.
The pool is open between mid-June to mid-September. The opening and closing dates may vary based on climate and weather conditions.
La Scheggia is the ideal place for holidays for families with children, of all ages and nationalities. It is a safe place where children can get to know each other and play together, surrounded by nature.
