This bright and air-conditioned accommodation offers a comfortable and functional living space, perfect for a stay alone, as a couple or with friends, in a lively and well-served neighbourhood.

Living area: a double bed, single sofa bed, television, dining table and storage.

Open kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine (PHILIPS L'OR BARISTA).

Private bathroom: shower, WC, towel dryer, washbasin and towel dryer.



Easy parking, paid and secure at the "Fleur d'eau" car park (5 minutes walk).
