Unser Landhaus mit 2 ***Ferienwohnungen befindet sich am Irlberg und ist 1 Km vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Die Ferienwohnungen bieten einen herrlichen Berg-und Panoramablick, sind gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Interessante, bekannte Ausflugsziele wie Königssee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Chiemsee und vieles mehr sind in Kürze zu erreichen. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Alm- und Bergwanderungen läßt keine Langeweile aufkommen. Zur Erholung steht ein großzügiger Garten mit Liegewiese und ein gemütliches Gartenhäuschen mit Grillmöglichkeit zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir Ihr Interesse geweckt haben und heißen Sie auf`s herzlichste Willkommen.
Die 40qm Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung liegt im 2. Stock unseres Landhauses und verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200) sowie einen Wohnraum mit Eßecke und ausziebarer Couch. Die Couch kann bei Bedarf aufgebettet werden (130x190). Die Küchenzeile beinhaltet einen 2-Plattenherd, Mikrowelle mit Heißluftofen, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und ausreichend Geschirr. Die Erstausstattung der Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher und sämtliche Nebenkosten sowie eine Garage sind inklusive. Der Balkon ist mit Gartenmöbeln bestuhlt. Liegen für die Liegewiese stehen zur Verfügung. Wir bieten einen Brötchenservice, Getränkeverkauf und einen Einkaufsservice vor Anreise.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und super nette Gastgeber. Umgebung ist auch wirklich traumhaft, man bekommt sogar eine abschließbare Garage zur Verfügung gestellt was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Perfekter Aufenthaltsort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen.
