⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience at Orchid Inn Hotel
My stay at Orchid Inn Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon checking in, I found the bed in my room to be in poor condition, with visible stains, and the bath towels were both stained and had an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff member simply responded, “Sorry sir, there is no refund,” without offering any meaningful assistance.
My intention was not to request a refund but to have the room changed. However, when I was moved to another room, it was equally unacceptable — the bedsheets had stains, and there were hairs on the bed. Due to the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service, I decided to leave the hotel and check into another property the following day.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness standards and guest service quality moving forward.
