Property is great for large group or family. Well stocked, clean. Second time staying here and dont have to contact anyone for anything. Great space for kids in the group

Great house

We came for a ski trip with our sons and their families. 15 total, plenty of space for our family. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Our only issue was the vehicles that didn’t have 4 wheel drive, it made it a little tricky getting up the snowy driveway but we made it after a few tries.

Family Vacation

Super beautiful home with plenty of space for our large family. The only down side was the cleanliness of the property, there were cigarette butts in the fire pit, bugs in the shower, and cob webs in most of the rooms upstairs. I know it’s a mountain property and bugs are everywhere but that was about it. Other wise property was great and definitely would consider staying again.

Great stay for a large family

We enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items we needed to make our meals, the views were incredible and the best part was the SURPLUS of BATH TOWELS!

Lots of room, close to town

The house had beds aplenty for our group, great patios, and a nice big communal space when we all wanted to be together. Th hot tub was nice to have, and there was no shortage of towels, which was an amazing perk. I liked that it was close to Monte Verde Lake, which was a really fun way to spend the day playing in the water and renting boats. A few minor complaints-not enough light, the dining table chairs were too cumbersome to be functional for our group, and the house wasn't as clean as we are used to with VRBO's. Had to get in touch with the local host and she was super responsive to our needs/requests, so that was great to have. We felt comfortable there and enjoyed our stay.

Great house

The house was extremely comfortable and spacious for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 teenage boys). Everyone had their own space to relax and hang. Beds were comfortable, and amenities plentiful. The garage was handy in keeping our cars free from snowfall and warm. Location was not far from the slopes for multiple trips back and forth. Easy peasy! Overall, this was a very pleasant experience in Angel Fire! Thanks!!!

4 Family Ski Trip

This property was perfect for our group! 9 adults, 9 kids. Access to the garage was certainly nice and the hot tub was a huge plus. Ample sleeping space and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay her again.

fun time

towels were mildewed, kitchen utensils were not cleaned, recliner left arm was broken, a few of the bathrooms were not clean. other than that a beautiful cabin, good location. we had a great time and would recommend to others. we would re-book in the future.

Family vacay

The property was great. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pans, utensils, dishes and extras we needed. The beds in the loft were a bit hard but overall everyone had a good and restful time. The weather was amazing and we used the fire pit most evenings. I would recommend this property.

Nice place, needs some attention

Our family stayed 3 nights and overall we enjoyed it. Hot tub was nice, snowy weather was beautiful. Take an AWD or a 4WD in snow or you'll never ever make it up there. A few issues: water heater didn't keep up with demand, firewood was buried under 2ft of snow, upstairs bathtub faucet didn't work, ran out of toilet paper, kitchen faucet vey loose, oven thermostat inaccurate, chandeliers need cleaned, bedspreads need cleaned.

Family spring break trip

15 people ages 10 months-84. Our last family trip before our son goes into the Army. We had so much fun. Skiing was great, SO much snow. Property is as advertised. We had no issues. Highly recommend this home. You will definitely need a 4-wheel drive in winter/early spring.

This was advertised as a 5 star rating on internet and I can only rate this a 3 star because of the overall cleanliness for example bed sheets and pillows sheets not washed floors where dirty and need some plumbing work in bathrooms

Wedding stay

This house was so perfect for our group. We had 6 couples and all fit perfectly. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms that fit all of our needs. The house was well stocked and felt very clean! We used the hot tub every night we were there as well. Thank you for letting us use your home!
