Tree Top - Cozy, quiet, tiny 2nd-story, private condo for 1 or 2

A cozy, quiet, tiny 2nd-story getaway located next to the ski area for only one person or a couple.

It is a modern but still very rustic condo among several in the building and area. Tree Top features a full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside deck.
Accommodations include a double bed in a separate bedroom and a futon in the living room. A bathroom with a shower/bathtub is located in between assuring access from both sleeping areas.
Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.

Located in the Village of Angel Fire across from the Ski Area.
Grocery store conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions, and food joints nearby and along the main street a little further away.

Very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.

The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but bring bottled water in case tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it, but drink bottled water only.

The stairway and door constitute a private entry. It is in a condominium building with others around.
The balcony is medium-sized but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's with no privacy fencing in between.

The stairway is a bit steep so Tree Top is best suited for adult guests only --
no children and pets.
