Welcome to Lazy Bear Haven, a spacious mountain retreat just minutes from Angel Fire Resort and ski basin. With skiing, biking, hiking, dining, and shops right down the road, the location is unbeatable for both adventure and relaxation.

Set back from the road, the home offers privacy and stunning views of Moreno Valley and the surrounding peaks. Enjoy the outdoors from the expansive back deck, complete with low-maintenance composite decking and plenty of room for dining or lounging.

Inside, the great room features vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace framed in stacked stone, and large windows leading to the deck. The master suite upstairs includes a private bath and deck, while the main level offers four guest bedrooms, two full baths, and a laundry room. A second living area upstairs provides extra space for entertaining or additional sleeping accommodations. Five bedrooms: King/Bunk Queen+ 2 Twins/Queen/Queen/King. The bonus game room features a foosball table for hours of entertainment.
