Doc's Discount Angel Fire condo

A cozy 1 bedroom condo in the resort, 5 blocks to the lifts. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the hallway. There is also a sofa in the living room. The queen bed is dangerously comfortable with new pillows and linens.
There is a full kitchen with full fridge, 4 burner range and oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils you will need. And a blender for those banana and blueberry shakes.
There are 2 flat screen TVs. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. There is blazing wifi and we have Dish TV so there's a ton of channels.
There is heat and air conditioning on the thermostat. The electric fire is for show only but the thermostat will give you all the heat a/c you will need.
The balcony shows beautiful views of the runs and surrounding mountains.
The condo will sleep 4-5 but I personally find it a little crowded if any more than 4 stay. But if you're a fan of the slopes you can tolerate anything for a couple of nights. Right?
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Skiing Angel Fire

Condo is convenient to Angel Fire which we enjoyed. Cozy and met our needs while skiing. Minor inconvenience was sulfur smell from hot water but that went away after the first day (probably from water sitting in water heater). Owner very responsive. Would stay here again.

accurate pictures but the water smells of sewage and it was dusty

The water smells of sewage and/or sulphur and/or rotten eggs. I never received an explanation from the owner for this. Maybe his water heater is too old. We asked our neighbors and they said their water smelled normal. The owner sent me a very rude message through the VRBO app. The website pictures are accurate but those pictures did not prepare us for the bad smelling water. Also, his condo was dusty, especially the wood desk. There are too many odd knickknacks, like the small Santa figure. The owner could have been kinder. We will never return to this property.

Nice stay

Place was very close to the Angel Fire ski resort. There was also a close shuttle to take my kids to the resort. Jim was very helpful & quick with his responses.
