We are offering this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Anduze. It has a surface area of 52 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 50 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with TV - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc. - A separate toilet.

First floor: - One bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200) - One bathroom with WC Outside: - A secure communal swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September (unheated) - A beautiful 50 m² garden with furniture for enjoying sunny days

The house is ideally located in Anduze, in a very pleasant environment. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the secure, numbered indoor car park opposite the accommodation.
