The beautiful vacation apartment in the South Tyrolean farmhouse Nockerhof is situated in a sunny panoramic position at the foot of the Gantkofel mountain and impresses with its natural wood construction, which is particularly cosy and inviting. The bright apartment has a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and offers space for 6 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. Enjoy the wonderful view over the Eschtal from the covered terrace, comfortable garden furniture is available. In the evening you can relax at the warm wood stove after a hiking or skiing trip. The Nockerhof is located in Andrian on the South Tyrolean Wine Road in the Esch Valley between Bolzano (Bozen) and Merano (Meran). Restaurants can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes (450-600 m), bars are about 5 minutes by car (2,5 km) away. A supermarket can be found directly on site in about 8 minutes (650 m) on foot, a local bakery can be reached in 6 minutes (3 km) by car. In only 20 minutes by car (22 km) you can reach the beautiful spa town of Merano (Meran) with its medieval old town and many other sights. Also Bolzano (Bozen) with its many cultural highlights is only 20 minutes by car (15 km) away.

Super schönes Appartement, sehr sauber, modern und die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Die Lage ist perfekt für tolle Ausflüge in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Sie war stets für uns da und gab uns jede Menge Infos und Ausflugstipps an die Hand.
