Large accommodation on Mallorca with pool and sea views (Villa PEKA)

This Mediterranean style accommodation is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.
The large accommodation with cooking facilities including sea views has enough room for six people - in addition to the two bedrooms there is a separate basement area with living room and bathroom. The huge terrace with private pool and outdoor fireplace is perfect for an intimate evening experience - sunset inclusive.
The accommodation is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only three units we offer upscale amenities.

Please note that due to the exposed location on the steep slope, stairs are required. The sometimes quite steep natural stone stairs are mostly equipped with a handrail. Although we have a lift that takes most of the steep stairs up, there are still stairs to climb. Our facility is therefore not handicapped accessible. If you have restricted mobility, we advise against booking our apartments.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The stairs are a consideration for visitors with mobility issues, but well worth it to get to the property. Views were exceptional and the property was just right for my family. Interaction with Stefan was perfect, No complaints and we really enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant and relaxing place to stay!

It was a beautiful setting and so peaceful. The place looks exactly like the pictures, if not even better! Host & property manager were super quick to respond & we had a late flight back to London and Pablo let us have late check out as the new guests were not arriving till the next day, this hugely helped us out and were able to go to the airport at the right time, freshly showered! The pool and facilities are so lovely, some of the appliances could probably do with an upgrade e.g. the oven, but it is certainly manageable. Beds & bed linens were lovely, towels were great and sun beds super comfy too. You can walk down to a beach club Gran Follies which is a 30 min downhill walk from the apartment, only thing to watch out for is that there are a lot of stairs, so if you have a lot of stuff, beware!! There is a lift but it is very slow, quite small! We will 100% be back, as it is the perfect oasis to chill and have great food, drinks and relaxing time with friends! Thanks so much to all for the very lovely holiday!

A Beautiful Property with an Incredible View

There are so many positive elements to this villa on the hill above Port D’ Andratx. The place was charming and clean. The accommodations were precisely as described. And the view was even more spectacular than the photos suggested. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Any criticism of the rental would seem petty in my opinion, as the criticisms would not be associated with anything the owner has control over. I would recommend this rental very highly. Mallorca is an astonishingly beautiful island. The location of the property allows easy access to the Port by car, where there are delightful shops and restaurants along the pier.

Der perfekte Urlaub

In dieser Finca stimmte einfach alles. Bereits die nächtliche Anreise war aufgrund der Beschreibung kein Problem. Die Finca ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Alles funktioniert, nichts ist abgewohnt oder dergleichen. Der Pool ist einfach grandios und mit Süßwasser befüllt. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die Aussicht auf die Bucht und die allabendlichen Sonnenuntergänge. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schock bei der Ankunft

Wir kamen an, betraten die Küche und sofort fiel ins Auge, dass das Ceranfeld des Herdes überkrustet und verschmutzt war. Ungewöhnlich für eine gereinigte Ferienwohnung. Auch auf der Arbeitsplatte um den Herd war eingetrockneter Schmutz und das Backblech im Herd war eine Trümmerlandschaft verkohlter Speisereste. Wir informierten den Hausmeister Pedro, der sofort versuchte, den Herd und das Blech zu reinigen. Dann wollten wir ein paar Dinge in den Kühlschrank legen und fanden darin einen 5cm-Eispanzer an der Rückwand vor. Das gleiche Bild gab es im Gefrierschrank. War wohl seit Ewigkeiten nicht abgetaut worden. Der Schock kam aber beim Betreten des Schlafzimmers. Dort prangte neben der Klimaanlage ein großes Loch in der Wand, zum Teil behelfsmäßig mit Plastik abgedeckt. Jemand hatte die Klimaanlage ausgetauscht und einen großen Schaden hinterlassen. Da unterhalb dieser "Baustelle" Schmutz auf dem Boden lag, zogen wir das Bett von der Wand ab und fanden dort an der Wand einen 5cm hohen Rand aus Putzschutt aufgestapelt. Genau unterhalb des Loches war eine größere Fläche schwarzer Schimmel auf der Wand sichtbar. Wir informierten den Hausmeister und der kam sofort und begann den Bauschmutz zu beseitigen und den Schimmel mit einem feuchten Lappen von der Wand zu wischen, eine wohl nur kurzfristig hilfreiche Symptombekämpfung. Mittlerweile hatten wir festgestellt, dass auch der Teppich im Schlafzimmer relativ verschutzt war und die Tagesdecke voller Blutflecken. Beides entfernte Pedro kommentar- und ersatzlos. Später stellten wir fest, dass auch der Teppich im Wohnzimmer zumindest ungesaugt wirkte, da viele kleine Fäden und Schmutzpartikel darauf "eingetretten" waren. Ich hatte inzwischen den Manager, der auch der Besitzer der Anlage ist zu kontaktieren versucht. Leider erreichte ich nur den AB, wo ich unsere Beobachtung mitteilte. Leider wirkten auch die Sitzkissen der Aussenanlage ungereinigt (voller Haare und Krümel) und je genauer wir hinschauten, desto mehr Staub sahen wir überall. Am nächsten Tag telefonierte ich mit dem Manager. Er sagte mir direkt als erstes, dass ich ein "Krümmelkacker" wäre, als zweites, dass ich doch nur lüge und als drittes, dass er, wenn ich weiter lügen würde, uns der Anlage verweisen würde! Wow, wow und wow! Ein Gespräch über die vorgefundenen Mißstände kam garnicht zustande. Wir haben dann einiges selbst geputzt und versucht, die Zeit in der eigentlich schön gelegenen Anlage so gut wie möglich zu verbringen.

Sehr schöne Zeit in "Las Escaleras"!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Für Leute die kein Problem mit Treppen haben, kann ich "Las Escaleras" sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Der Blick ist atemberaubend!!!

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist spektakulär, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und aufmerksam geführt. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter Stefan und dem Eigentümer vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Das separate Studio in 70 c gab uns als Familie Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wir haben uns in der gesamten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: Die gesamte Cala Llamp ist eine riesige Baustelle, so dass man leider tagsüber bis 18 Uhr von Baulärm umgeben ist.

Urlaub at it's best....

Stimmiges und vor allem wertiges, gepflegtes und sauberes Interieur, von (fast) allen Fenstern Meerblick und über den privaten Infinitypool ungehinderter Blick auf die Cala Llamp. Reichlich Hand- und Pooltücher sind vorhanden. Die sehr gute Austattung der Küche und der Blick auf das Meer haben jeden Tag auf's neue zum Kochen inspiriert. Frischer Fisch direkt vom Händler im Hafen von Port 'd Andratx Mo, Mi und Freitag ab 17.30 Uhr. Gut sortierte Supermärkte mit täglichen Öffnungszeiten von 8.00 - 21.30 Uhr. Ein bezaubernder Eigentümer mit dem es sich herrlich plaudern läßt - gut gekühlten Rotwein nicht vergessen.... Der Tipp im Yachtclub de la Vela (Port 'd Andratx) zu dinnieren war wunderbar und das Rialto Living (Palma) ist sehr interessant. Im Innenhof kann ein wunderbarer Lunch zu sehr moderaten Preisen genossen werden. Eine gute Betreuung durch Mitarbeiter in der Anlage ist jederzeit gewährleistet. Felsiger Zugang in das karibikblaue Meer über den Beachclub Grand Folie, sehr gute Cocktails in gepflegtem Ambiente. All das, läßt die vielen Stufen ins Paradies und die Geräusche der Baustellen in der Cala Llamp in den Hintergrund rücken. Wir haben uns unendlich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.
