Ideally positioned for Stonehenge (15 min drive) and the famous Cathedral cities of Winchester (20 min drive) and Salisbury (25 min drive) the village of Goodworth Clatford is a peaceful oasis with great pubs, vineyards, golf courses and the dramatic water meadow and chalk hills countryside of the Test Valley in Hampshire all within walking distance or nearby.
Here you can find world-class fishing, wonderful walks and cycle paths, and everything the English countryside has to offer, but still within just over an hour train journey to Central London.
Tea Tree Cottage has three main bedrooms with an ensuite to the master, plus a study with a sofa bed and a family bathroom.
It has a full kitchen with oven/hob, microwave/airfryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a Music/Games room, a Dining room and TV room completing the ground floor accommodation.
