Well we booked this hotel and when we arrived the had no booking for us this was down to Expedia and not the hotel. The man on reception was very helpful and allowed us to use the phone to call Expedia and gave us water while we waited nearly an hour on the phone. As we didn’t get to stay at this hotel I can’t rate anything other than the staff and the lobby area. First impressions was that the hotel was clean

We didn’t even stay here, we made a mistake and booked this hotel and quickly cancelled straight away. And they took our money and didn’t even blink an eye lid, down right robbery. Not happy at all!,,,

Average hotel but great location and helpful staff

The gentleman on reception was fabulous and couldn't do enough to help out. The night manager was quite the opposite and just walked around scowling at everyone. Very run down hotel and uncomfortable bed, mattresses all need replacing, it's like sleeping directly on springs, but once you out a duvet over the mattress and sleep on that, it was more comfortable. Excellent location and very convenient to have parking onsite.

Easily found the bright orange hotel, 8 minute walk from central bus stop. Greeted very kindly by Steve at the front desk. Given nice room on fourth floor with excellent views of the mountains. I believe all the rooms have a decent open view because there aren’t any buildings immediately close to this hotel. Room was super super clean upon check in and after the staff refreshed it the following day. Enjoyed the close proximity to the main strip, but mostly to the walking path. WiFi was good speed. We were there at the end of May, very quiet felt like the only guests there. We didn’t have the breakfast in the morning, not sure if it was available given the low traffic at the hotel. Give this hotel 5 stars because it was everything at a great price. Go enjoy a visit to Andorra !

Ruina de hotel.

Hotel ruinoso, teníamos pagado dos noches y solo estuvimos una. TV de cubo sin mando, no sintonizan tele5, calefacción rota en la habitación, silla llena de polvo. En fin hotel para no pagar más de 30€ noche...sino veré a un hostal.

El hotel es viejo, han invertido poco en mantener las instalaciones y mobiliario está todo en unas condiciones bastante deplorables. La habitación con dos somíeres de hierro y en ambas camas un colchón debajo (en el suelo) el televisor de 12 pulgadas que se apagaba y encendía solo y el baño, bueno sobre el baño no tengo palabras para describirlo, el parking un descampado con hiervas de más de un metro de altura, en mi opinión necesita una reforma integral.

Estancia de fin de semana, atención personal de recepción excelente, mi opinión es que tendrían que actualizar las habitaciones ya que por ejemplo los sumieres estaban muy viejos y se veian con desperfectos, y en los baños sólo con sustituir las bañeras, que estaban un poco viejitas, por plato de ducha ganarían mucho las habitaciones. La limpieza ok, aunque en algun sumidero había pelos. En resumen, atención excelente y atenta pero el hotel necesita algunas mejoras.

Me pareció un establecimiento muy bien situado al estar muy cerca del centro, con parquing propio, personal muy atento, la habitación limpia y acojedora, el desayuno muy variado y sobre todo el hecho de que pude ir con mi mascota sin ningún tipo de problema. Cumplió todas mis espectstivas sin dudas y no acabo de entender las críticas de algunas personas, además el hombre que había en el mostrador fue muy correcto y agradable con nosotros. Sin duda la próxima vez volveré

El hotel está bastante viejo, estaría bien un lavado de cara. La tv de la habitación tenía mas años que yo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Tal cual abrimos la puerta nos encontramos envoltorios de comida, migas, muchos pelos debajo de la cama.. En general todo bastante viejo.

Pour une reservation à 100€ la nuit, une chambre plutit petite, une lampe cassée au milieu de la tête de lit qui derange pour dormir, des bruits toute la nuit, des poubelles non vidées ainsi que de la nourriture entamées retrouvées dans le chevet et une télé dont l'installation laisse à désirer, nous trouvons cela inacceptable. Ajoutons à cette liste le parking payant de 10€ par jour (le receptionniste d'ailleurs ne nous a fait aucun geste de gratitude, etant donné l'etat de la chambre...) A ce prix la, un minimum d'entretien meme pour une reservation le jour meme est attendu. Très décus... Cependant, le petit dejeuner était plutot agréable.
